Easy, clean and relaxing stay in Indio

We had a great time during our 4 night stay. The property is in a beautiful new, quiet neighborhood with lakes and sidewalks, and we went for a daily stroll. It is conveniently located near the south entrance of Joshua Tree National Park as well as a number of great hiking trails. The home was very clean and stocked, and the property management company communicated well by proactively sending texts regarding our satisfaction in arrival, etc. We would definitely consider staying again.

Accurately advertised. The proppety was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of towels and linens. Pool and spa were great. Only had one issue trying to turn the heater on for the spa. Kind of a bummer since I paid extra for it. Overall a very nice, enjoyable stay.

Ideal Location for Indian Wells Tennis Tournament

We visited Indian Wells for the BNP Paribas tournament. This was an ideal location! Close enough to make getting to the tournament easy and yet just far enough away to be outside the traffic jams and crowds. The place itself was great. Perfectly cleaned. Nicely designed. Although we did not use the BBQ I checked it out -- immaculately clean and stocked with two (2!) back-up propane tanks. We never did figure out how to get the TV to work but honestly did not try that hard and we overlooked the prominently displayed "home guide" that provided directions.

Family time

Very clean beautiful house. Checking in was quick and easy, property management was easy to get ahold of. The only thing, it was too hot in the house, the temp was set at 76 and we were unable to adjust it. For someone having hot flashes (ME) I was very uncomfortable. But other than that, everything was great! We had a great time! Thank you so much!

Well on the downside, neither my name nor my guests were registered at the gate. So it took about 20 minutes for me to get through the gate. Considering I came rolling in about 10 at night that was kind of a problem. I had one guest leave because he couldn't get in. That was a problem. So there's a disconnect between management companies. I paid $72 a day to have that pool heated. When I got there not only was it not heated but it was muddy. They will claim that there was wind and that's why it was muddy but my other friends pools were not muddy like this. When I let them know they said someone was coming out to clean it but it was never cleaned. That was a problem. It sleeps 10 in beds but I only found towels for four people. That was kind of a problem. On The plus side the place inside was clean and was a fair value as far as lodging goes.

Please know that we never wanted you to experience any of those and that we aim to provide you with an excellent stay. We are sorry that it took you some time to get through the gate and arrived at the home with a dirty and unheated pool, and we hope the refund you received alleviated some of the stress you experienced. We also regret that the towels were insufficient, and we will follow up with the appropriate parties to ensure the home is well stocked. We hope we can impress you better in the future.

Has Potential But Missed The Mark

This little place has potential to be great but is terribly neglected and needs some TLC. The pool was FILTHY and definitely hadn't been touched in a while. We didn't even have a way to skim it. And The jacuzzi had no water. Good thing we didn't have time to use it. There were pretty large weeds in both yards and dead plants in the back. There was a gross smeared stain right as you walked out the slider to the back yard and broken outdoor light so BBQing was tricky. There was also food left in the oven from a previous renter's stay. On the plus side, check in was seamless and the property manager was quick to help us get the pool situation resolved. (with 2 phone calls) For the amount of money people pay for VRBO's I expect the places to be inviting. This place unfortunately was not. However with a little more attention to detail and some consistent tlc, this place could get 5 stars. The other thing to note although I appreciate they allow dogs as some places have such harsh pet policies, there is no grass anywhere. You'd have to go to the greenbelt with the fur babies to do their business. Which isn't a huge deal but something to be aware of since they advertise as pet friendly.
