This two-bedroom condo enjoys a beautiful view of lone palms, distant mountains, and the seemingly endless desert landscape. Be sure to take advantage of the heated pool on-site (open every day but Monday) and the fitness center available to guests every day of the week.
Enjoy the on site championship 18-hole golf course, expertly designed to challenge players of all skill levels, is complemented by state-of-the-art practice facilities, including a driving range and putting greens. The golf course is not only a place to improve your game but also a stunning backdrop for social events and gatherings. Members enjoy exclusive access to our state-of-the-art fitness center, tennis and pickleball courts, heated resort-style swimming pool, various dining options and more. In this ground-floor, single-level condo. Inside, you'll find central AC and white stucco walls to keep you cool all summer; outside, there are two balconies (one off the living area and one off the main bedroom) with commanding views to take in year-round. The enormous primary bedroom also offers a private entrance and a full sized kitchen.
The main living space features exposed beams, floor-to-ceiling windows, and thoughtful decor inspired by the Southwest. The adjacent kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, a washer/dryer for your convenience, and a breakfast bar for two. After a day spent perusing the local art galleries or hiking in the neighboring mountains, you'll sleep soundly in an expansive bedroom that includes a TV (with streaming capabilities) and a desk workspace.
