The house is fine. Disappointed about the afterchekin notice on the swimming pool heating fee. Dissapointed about the poor cooking ware and utensils not to mention the glassware. In general the house needs a complete maintenance.

Great pool, house just okay

The outdoor living space and pool are wonderful. The house needs a deep cleaning and a bit of tlc.

Perfect for the Family

The property was perfect for our needs and it was well furnished. The kids loved the swimming pool and all the game boards they had. This property is close to everything we wanted Casino's, Water Park, Restaurants and stores.

My daughters had such a good time playing in the pool. The house is spacious with a nice covered patio. We appreciated the well stocked towels.

Great location and space for the group - fun big pool. Difficult time contacting site manager about pool heating, even though I was previously charged for the stay.

Great location and unbelievable backyard

The pros: The backyard was spectacular Location is great The cons: Took until day 3 to get lounge chairs outside (Vacasa & owner) Limited silverware/kitchen supplies Showers were not good (low showerhead, drain wasn't attached, took time to get warm water) 8 people allowed, only 2 showers is tough

Relaxing getaway

Everything was wonderful... Had everything we needed. The gust bathroom sink by the bedrooms was a little clogged when we arrived But nothing major. The house is so close to everything Thanks for letting us stay

Perfect for a group.

Great place to host a group. The house has so much space to absorb people. The rooms are quiet and private. The pool area is large and really lush with a great covered patio which is essential in the heat. Only dinged 1 star because the pool need a good cleaning. It's a large and deep pool, but if it were cleaned well it would be resort like!

good for families

Very nice location, large yard and good size pool, perfect for a large family, stores are close proximity just a few minutes away. I would only make one suggestion is that the pool is patched up especially in the jacuzzi, small loose pebbles on the bottom were annoying. Other than that, its all good.

We had a lovely time during our stay but the house definitely needs some updating! The pool and hot tub need some updating and resurfacing.

Perfect spot in Palm Springs

Just returned from an incredible vacation in Palm Springs. This house was the perfect home base for our two families to crash at. Made great use of the lovely heated outdoor pool (perfect for the Christmas break weather). A nice relaxing activity after hiking! Awesome mountain views right from the backyard. Great easy location close to airport and downtown PS. Kitchen had all we needed for cooking. Bedrooms were comfortable. Communication with rental company was easy and fast. We would definitely recommend staying here if on vacation in the area. So much fun stuff to do with young children too!

Spacious but needs work

We had 8 people and this was a great house to spread out in. Pool needs resurfacing. They ask you not to play music outside by the pool! Some sort of city ordinance. Wish I had know before I booked.

Great Location Home In Palm Springs

this home is less than 10 min from the airport. about 15 min to the DT strip. Close to the grocery store. It's in a good neighborhood. Great Backyard - lots of space, good sun and shade, clean pool. There are only 2 lawn chairs (listing online shows more) and 2 pool lounge floaties. IT would be great if they had at least 4 of each to accommodate more guests. House was clean - kitchen was well stocked - Needs a working coffee pot! they had lots of towels

Beautiful pool with mountain view

We had a lovely stay. Only issues were that the alarm went off when we got there & we didn’t have the code. Other is that the carpet in the bedroom smelled so strongly if febreze or cleaning products I was unable to sleep in there. Also sheets & towels smelled strongly like febreze or detergent. Would have preferred that the pool maintenance was done after our checkout - we were unable to use the morning before checkout because it was being done.

Very nice house, great for families

We stayed at the home for 6 days. Check-in was a bit tedious given COVID restrictions (getting a person on the phone took a while). Also, I asked multiple times about early check-in and each told me it should work, they never accommodated my request even though I know the house was ready (we were literally waiting in the driveway...). But the property itself was great. Plenty of room for a larger family or a couple small families. Pool was pretty nice, but as a few other reviewers noted, could use a resurfacing. House was clean for the most part, but carpet in some bedrooms was stained.

Holiday Week

Property is clean enough and enjoyable. Not much on interior decorations. Everything worked fine except the guest bathroom shower (not much from the shower head). Advertised $72.00 dollars a day to heat pool and Hot tub, but when I inquired about it after committing to rent for the week, I was told it would cost $112.00 a day. Not good! Should be ashamed to be so deceiving!

Disappointed

We booked this trip as a gift for our mothers birthday and the house was less than satisfactory, I feel for the price we paid ylwe deserved a better house for the weekend. More broken and outdated things than I have time to list, I would not recommend this specific house again.

Fathers Day Weekend Trip

The Location was Perfect. House has all the amenities you can need in the kitchen, pots & pans , regular coffee maker & keurig , small appliances. Washer & dryer , bath towels & pool towels. The Backyard was spacious, wish the pool light worked. The grill is outside but I wish it had more light if your grilling late in the evening. The ceiling fans in the kitchen & main living room didn’t work . A/C worked great , however at times the house would get Warm, since it’s programmed. Overall we really enjoyed our stay . House is actually bigger in person then what you see in the pictures

Good House & Great Yard

We had a wonderful time at this house. Spacious and comfortable. Had everything we needed and the yard layout was perfect for lounging with plenty of shade throughout the day. A few suggestions: the pool and jacuzzi need resurfacing. There are a lot of chipped areas and some are sharp resulting in some minor cuts on toes. A few areas around the house need TLC but nothing major. We had a bit of trouble with the AC because it would automatically go from 76 degrees on “hold temperature” to 85 degrees by itself repeatedly throughout the day. However it cooled the house well once we would reset it. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would consider this home again.

Needs a little love

Great family house but there needs to be some fixes of easy things like a working coffee pot, master bathroom shower door and water pressure, and hot tub jets. We used their blow dryer and all the lights went out in guest bath and guest room. Even though we called promptly and was promised a fix, nothing happened. We spent our last day and night with a dark bedroom and bathroom (the only one with a tub) which was super inconvenient with three little kids.
