Vacation Rental No. 96 at the Sünnslag Resort is a 3-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

With approximately 65 m² of space, you can enjoy your vacation in this 3-room apartment. The apartment, which features a south-east-facing terrace, is located on the first floor. It includes a living and dining area, a separate kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance to the beach from the Sünnslag vacation complex is approximately 400 m.

From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished terrace, which also features a beach chair. A small hedge provides privacy. The light-filled living room features a cozy sofa set and the dining area. To keep you entertained, there’s a TV, a stereo system, and a selection of books. The flooring here is laminate.

The kitchen is a separate room. Here, you can use a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave to prepare meals. The kitchen area has tile flooring.

The first bedroom features a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm) and features vinyl flooring. Each room has its own closet. The windows can be darkened with roller shades, pleated blinds, and curtains.

Tiles were chosen as the flooring in the shower room. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

An outdoor parking space is included with the apartment in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles can be stored in a bike shed next to the building. The Sünnslag vacation complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

You can reach the Sünnslag complex from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All vacation apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and—in some cases—separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or a storage room for bicycles.
