Vacation Apartment No. 02 in the Waterkant complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2023: the hardwood floors were refinished, pleated blinds were installed, appliances were replaced, and the apartment was repainted and refurnished. All modernization work was completed in March 2024.

Located on the upper floor, this cozy vacation rental offers approximately 63 m² of living space, including a living room, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom, and a balcony. The distance to the beach is 100 meters.

Up to 4 people can enjoy their well-deserved vacation in this comfortably furnished vacation apartment. The comfortable double sofa bed (140x200 cm) provides additional sleeping space. From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony facing the lake. Entertainment in the living room is provided by a flat-screen TV and a CD radio. The floor is covered with hardwood. Curtains adorn the windows.

The bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The 4-door wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your vacation wardrobe. This room also features hardwood floors. This vacation rental is equipped with roller blinds for privacy. A second TV is available here.

In the separate kitchen, the whole family can gather around the cozy dining area. The tiled bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a washing machine. This vacation rental is designated as a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed.

The Waterkant complex is located near the Kurhaus, across from the pier. An underground parking space, a bicycle storage room, and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are provided.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bedding and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (without making the beds).


Complex:

At the Waterkant vacation complex, you’ll spend your vacation right in the heart of Boltenhagen. The beach is about 100 meters away.

Some apartments have free Wi-Fi. One free parking space is available for each apartment in the underground parking garage (maximum vehicle height: 1.90 meters).

The Waterkant resort offers a total of 29 vacation apartments for two to four people, spread across three buildings situated one behind the other.
Thanks to the spacious layout and the modern, comfortable amenities of the vacation apartments, you can enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation at the Waterkant complex.

The entrances to buildings A and B are located at the rear of the building. You can access building C from the side of the building.

Some apartments feature a beach chair on the balcony. The kitchenettes are fully equipped, and some include dishwashers. Depending on the amenities and size of the vacation apartments, they may feature fireplaces, bathtubs, and, in some cases, washing machines.
