With approximately 54 m² of living space, it features a living room with an integrated kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower, and two balconies. The beach is only about 100 m away.

The open-concept living and dining area is furnished in a modern style and feels bright and welcoming thanks to the large windows. From the living area, you have access to two balconies. One balcony faces northeast, and the other faces northwest. For your entertainment, there’s a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a selection of games and books.

The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is fully equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a 2-burner ceramic cooktop. In front of the kitchenette is a cozy dining area that seats 4 people.

A staircase leads from the living room to the open, nautically themed sleeping loft with two single beds (90 x 180 cm) and a second flat-screen TV. The windows in the attic are purely decorative. The vacation rental also features a bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). There is also a bathroom with natural light. Pleated blinds, a roller shade, and curtains provide privacy. The floors are covered with hardwood, carpet, and tile.

Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

In the basement of the building, you’ll find a sauna (for a fee) and a laundry room with a coin-operated washer and dryer. The parking space is located directly in front of the building. A bike rack is also available outside.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).
