You will be less than 3 miles from the waters of Lake Tahoe and under 5.5 miles to the Northstar turnoff, making it easy to enjoy both lake days and ski days. The Brockway Summit Tahoe Rim Trailhead is less than five minutes away, and there are additional hiking and snowshoeing trails accessible right from the neighborhood.

In the summer months, nearby neighborhood trails lead down to North Tahoe Regional Park, where you will find a wide range of outdoor activities including a disc golf course, mountain bike trails, pickleball courts, dog parks, and more.

During the winter, the park transforms into a hub for snow play with cross-country ski trails (check grooming status), snowshoe trails, sledding hills (bring your own sled), and more.
Brockway Golf Course is also within a short three mile drive. With beaches, trails, golf, dining, and year-round recreation all close by, you will have everything you need to experience the very best of North Lake Tahoe.

Policies and disclosures
- This property does allow 2 dogs for a standard pet fee of $100 each. If you bring a dog without paying the dog fee, you will be subject to a fine much greater than the pet fee.
- This property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
- You will be required to sign a rental agreement upon booking.
