Tree Tops: Quiet & Newly Renovated Home with gorgeous waterfront on Lake Martin.

Tree Tops is a beautifully renovated 5 bedroom / 4.5 Bathroom lake house, just 50 minutes from Montgomery. The home (especially the screened porch) sits in the Tree Tops, so Tree Tops it became. It offers stunning water front views. It is very private, no homes across the water, just trees! Two Living Rooms, large dock, patio, and a screened porch offer great space for families! Not to mention the renovated spa-like bathrooms and luxurious 18" thick mattresses!

We're here when you need us, but stay out of your way otherwise. The whole property is yours. We love to be helpful, so if you have questions let us know!

This is a quiet and private street. The neighbors do all know each other and keep an eye out for each other. Please be respectful of the neighbors, our dock is semi-close to two neighbors. So observe quiet hours from 9pm - 8am. You're 15 minutes from Children's Harbor and 15 minutes from Catherine's Market and Springhouse. Make sure to make a reservation for Springhouse.

There is a smart lock available for guest use and a code will be provided to you on your day of check in.

There are 5 Bedrooms and 4.5 Bathrooms. Each Bedroom has a new mattress (as of 2026) with safe-rest encasement, keeping allergens and bugs away! The whole property was renovated the beginning of 2026. It is welcoming, calm and everywhere you look is a photo-opportunity.

A great place for family gatherings, a girls weekend, and a quiet retreat. The home is professionally cleaned and staged from each stay.

**Sound Machine and Charging Station in Every Bedroom**

In each spa-like bathroom we provide a hair dryer, 4 body Towels, 4 hand towels, 4 wash clothes, and 2 make up wash clothes. We also provide floss sticks, Q-Tips, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash.

We provide 10 lake towels, they are the striped taupe and white. Please take care to bring them back to the house.

The Kitchen features a Keurig, dish washer, electric stove, microwave, pantry, and stainless steel fridge. The wet bar on the second floor has a fridge stocked with drinks. The kitchen has essentials like pots and pans, dishes for 14, spatulas, several platters, knives, can opener, and 2 baking dishes. But if there is something like a crock pot or blender you need, please bring it with you.

There is a ping pong table on the back patio at the lower level. We will even leave you some goodies at the wet bar in the second living room!

We have a Charcoal Grill and the wet bar has a small fridge for drinks.

You have access to a dock and the floating dock is available for guests boat to be docked. One Boat can be docked, not enough room for 2 or more. There is a jet ski pad if you plan to bring jet skis. Real island Marina is the closest marina to this property.

You'll need a car to get around but once you are at the house, you'll probably never want to get in your car. We do not have a boat ramp, the closest boat ramp is Real Island or Kowaliga Marina. We do have a floating dock for easy boat docking.
