Quiet Hours Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Parking 1 parking space is available directly in front of the unit. Additional vehicles may park in between buildings or in front of the pool on a first-come, first-serve basis. Boat and/or trailer parking is not permitted at the property.
No Smoking Smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the home or on the premises.
Pets This property is not pet friendly.
Water Safety Watercraft use is at guests’ own risk. Life jackets are recommended for all lake activities.
Pool Community pool is seasonal and subject to HOA rules.
Lake/Pool Towels & Wet Items Please use the designated outdoor/beach towels for the lake and pool. Wet towels, clothing, and flotation devices should not be placed on furniture or carpets.
Grill Please keep the grill in its designated location and away from the siding.
Trash Please ensure all trash is bagged and removed at checkout.
Shoes on Carpets We kindly ask guests to remove shoes on carpeted areas to help keep the home clean.
Stairs This is a three-level home with stairs between all levels.
Damages Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear.

Our goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming space where guests can relax, explore the lake, and make great memories together. We take pride in caring for our home and hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do.

The quiet cove is perfect for swimming, kayaking, and relaxing on the water without heavy boat traffic, while still being close to many of Smith Mountain Lake’s restaurants, marinas, and activities. It’s the kind of place where you can truly slow down and enjoy lake life.
