- Sundries Starter Pack: Includes 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, hotel-style soaps for each bathroom, kitchen sponge, dish soap, dish towels, and a laundry pod pack.
- Golf Carts: Golf carts are prohibited per the HOA. Violators will be fined and carts will be towed at guests expense.
- Bikes: Not included, but available for rent nearby.
- Resort Amenities: Includes complimentary access to Watercolor community pools, the Watercolor - Beach Club, and Camp Watercolor
- In-Unit Laundry: Stacked washer and dryer.
- Beach Chairs and Umbrellas: Available for rent at the beach club on a first come, first serve basis.
- WaterColor Trolley: Operates daily in season (April - Labor Day) from 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM, circulating to all WaterColor neighborhoods, community pools, and the Beach Club
Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica.
