During your stay, you'll have access to the Ventura Country Club community amenities. You have access to Golf the Beautiful 18 Hole golf course (pay to play). An access card is provided for:
- The main clubhouse pool and gym
- Two additional private pools within the Southpointe Condominium

The community is also 24-hour man-gated, offering added security and peace of mind.

Ventura Country Club is a 24 Hour Man Gated Community. Upon your reservation, you will be added to the guest list with the full name you are using through Airbnb. Please notify me at least 12 hours before your stay if there are any other names that will be on the reservation and/or driving separate vehicles, I will need the first and last name to add them to the guest list. The Unit is on ground level and there are no assigned parking spots so you can park in available spots near the unit.

We're located in a quiet, family-friendly community, so we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels low-- especially after 7:00PM on weekdays and 10:00PM on weekends. We truly appreciate your help in maintaining a peaceful environment for everyone.
