We are sorry that portions of the condo were not properly prepared for your arrival and that the sleeper sofa and shower liner caused added frustration during your stay. The sleeper sofa can be a bit tricky to operate, and we are pleased to share that new furniture has now been ordered and the condo’s furnishings will be refreshed soon. We are also sorry that your interaction with the front desk staff did not reflect the warm, welcoming Southern hospitality we want guests to experience. Parking is limited at condominium resorts throughout the area, particularly during peak season. Phoenix VI and Phoenix VII have a unique “friendly neighbor” relationship through their shared HOA, which provides guests with an additional overflow parking option when the primary lot is full. While the added walk may not have been ideal, we are glad this arrangement provided you with a place to park rather than leaving you without an available space. Our team acknowledged the concerns reported during your stay, particularly the sofa and the delay in delivering a fresh shower liner, and provided compensation as an agreed-upon resolution, which was accepted.
