The beautiful villa with western orientation offers absolute feel-good atmosphere and joie de vivre with a view of a wide canal. The spacious pool area of the villa invites you to relax with typical Florida feeling. The ideal place to enjoy - whether BBQ, cocktail or simply to sunbathe. In the heated pool (salt water system) you can swim and relax. The villa is located in the immediate vicinity of shopping, restaurants.
Children up to 6 years stay with us without charge, please talk to us, we can respond accordingly.

Pictures do not do this place justice

This house felt like home. It's fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed. Our first night we saw manatees in the canal. During our stay it rained a ton and we were still comfortable and had fun at the house. Can not say enough good things about our stay and the property management company.

Harley villa

House and pool is gorgeous. Location is nice and quiet. Owners and property management is easy to communicate with. Wouldn't like to stay there about the same time as this year, but already booked.

Beautiful Home with 4 king size beds

Beautifully decorated and furnished. High end appliances and televisions. Salt water pool with outdoor sun or shade seating perfect. As a group of adults who like to vacation together, finding a home with more than 1 bedroom with a king size bed is really hard. A definite home to stay at again. Convenient shopping and dining options.

Bad experience-Inaccurate listing- extra electricty etc.

We stayed 10 days, tons info not included in listing. They only pay 3.50 in electricity a day, u get charged the rest after. They offer pool heater, want u to wash towels before you leave, leave fan in bathrooms running while showering +15 mins after, etc. We had 3 staying at the home (husband me and my paraplegic teen). I didnt use ac less 74 degrees. DID NOT have the pool heater on and we were not even home most days. They tried to charge us $160 more than we paid (for electricty). I feel this is a huge scam and we werent told so we fought the charge but i would imagine if you used pool heater with a larger party etc you could stuck with a huge electricty bill that you werent even told about! -when u check in they also tell you that cant turn ac below 74. That it could ruin the ac and ull be in charge of repairing. Do not open windows due to humidity. Lawn care and pool service 1x wk doesnt notify or tell u when. So i asked to be notified about pool service so we arent swimming when they come and we literally were told mins before he showed up. The trash AND recycling were FULL of TRASH. We did not see a golf course or anything to do with golf near the home at all but there is a giant church with kids playing outside all day and some days they are packed with cars/loud music all day. This is right across the street in front of home. The back neighbors sit on their patio all day long staring into the back yard. Dirty Towels left by canal. DONT RECOMMEND!!!
