A wonderful, warm, and modern vacation apartment for 4 people with a spectacular view of the Baltic Sea and the inland lake!<br><br>Passing through the bright entryway—which features a large built-in closet for your belongings—you’ll walk past the bathroom.<br><br>The bathroom is equipped with a toilet and a shower (shower stall with a high step).<br><br>If you turn right immediately afterward, you’ll find the sleeping area for adults (open-concept, without a curtain or door). The cozy double bed (2 x 90 x 200) will ensure you have restful nights. In the morning, you can watch the morning news right from your bed, thanks to the flat-screen TV (80 cm diameter).<br><br>In the living area, you’ll find a cozy couch with an armchair, as well as a flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi (100 cm diameter)—you can stream Netflix here (your own account is required). A hi-fi system with a CD player and a DVD player are also available <br><br>In the spacious dining area, with a direct view of nature, you can enjoy your morning coffee at the high dining table with bar stools.<br><br>The new open-concept kitchen is equipped with an oven, a ceramic cooktop (4 burners), a microwave, and a dishwasher. <br><br>The separate children’s room (separated from the living room by a door) is furnished with a bunk bed (2 x 90 x 200) and has a separate window that opens.<br><br>No smoking!<br><br>Pets not allowed!<br><br>Free parking is available in the immediate vicinity of the rental property.<br><br>!!! Please let us know after you’ve completed your booking so we can add these charges later and ensure the bed linens and/or towels are ready for you before your arrival.<br><br>Resort:<br><br> The resort consists of 16 connected buildings arranged in a circle.<br>Inside, you’ll find many different vacation apartments, each individually furnished by their respective owners. <br>All floors in the buildings are conveniently accessible by elevator.<br>The sandy beach, located approximately 500 meters away, is barrier-free and can be safely reached via the resort’s pedestrian zone.<br>On the way there—and thus closer to your accommodations—you’ll find bakeries, restaurants, ice cream shops, and various stores.<br><br>Leisure activities include, among others:<br>- Swimming, sunbathing, and playing on the over 4-kilometer-long sandy beach with an adventure pier<br>- Water sports such as deep-sea fishing (harbor: 2.3 km away), sailing, windsurfing, SUP, and kitesurfing (Heiligenhafen Water Sports Center: 1.4 km away)<br>- Athletic activities such as hiking, jogging, skating, and biking (Pit’s Bike and Scooter Rental: right at the vacation park)<br>- Flying kites and running around on the huge kite field toward the beach<br>- Walks along the nearby cliffs<br>- Mini-golf at the Dünengolf course <br>- Let the little ones burn off energy at the various playgrounds in the vacation center and around the inland lake<br>- Wellness & Beauty at the “Aktiv-Hus-Spa” with an exercise pool, sauna, massages, etc., right next to the vacation park<br> -> Many owners provide an annual pass for their guests.
