Villa "Esther" con piscina, jardín y Wi-Fi

Hello Claire. Thank you very much for your review, it is good to know you had a great holiday. We are saddened to read your comments regarding the cleaning of the pool. It is cleaned before guests´ arrival and the property host, Andrés is available to help with any issues that may need addressing. It is not always possible to prevent some debris falling into the pool after it has been cleaned. We are sorry to hear that some of the chairs were broken. It is important to report anything like this to Andrés straight away. This way he can solve the problem quickly so that is doesn´t impact on your stay and avoids problems for future guests. We truly hope it didn´t bother you too much. Unfortunately you do not say what the problem with the door keys was, so we are unable to comment on this. Your feedback is helpful to us as it helps us to further improve our services, and we hope we can welcome you to a Bookiply property again soon. Andrés and the Bookiply Team.
