This thoughtfully designed home comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests and features three well-appointed bedrooms:

For longer stays, guests will appreciate the convenience of a laundry area with washer and dryer, making it easy to manage beach towels and travel essentials during your stay.



Please note there will be toiletries provided to get you started during your stay, we will NOT supply enough toiletries for your entire stay. There are local stores to purchase some additional supplies if needed during your stay!



Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the three bedrooms, one full bathroom, kitchen, living areas, and outdoor spaces such as the patio, garden, and BBQ grill. Enjoy amenities like fire pit, and free parking on the premises.

While public transportation options within East Falmouth are limited, ride-sharing services are readily available. The property's location offers easy access to major roadways, making day trips to other Cape Cod destinations a breeze. Consider a scenic drive to the ferries in Hyannis to visit Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.

Please note: Check-in is at 3:30 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Free parking is available on the premises. This property is a non-smoking home. We kindly ask that you respect our 20 lb pet policy. Please be aware that events and parties are not permitted. For your convenience, we provide essential amenities including beach supplies, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit for your enjoyment. We aim to provide a comfortable stay for families, and the house is equipped with children’s books, toys, and dinnerware.
