Very Good

We truly enjoyed our stay here. It was a perfect way to start our honeymoon. Despite a hurricane, this place checked all boxes for us. Can't wait to stay here again in the future!

Excellent

This is an absolut lovely place and a fantastic location. 10 Meters to the pool and 20 Meters from the ocean - the best view in a stay that i ever had. The Appartment has everything you need and more. it is taken care of everything, even beachboards, snorkeling equipment - kitchen has all you can think of. it is clean, cosy, well furnished - we stayed there with two adults and one child and loved every minute. The Kona Isle complex is a place to feel at home - friendly people, relaxed atmosphere. Kim from Luva was there, super nice and helped immediately whenever we needed her. We will definitely come back one day.

The location is amazing, the sound of the ocean blows you to sleep every night, and the proximity to Kona town is helpful. This condo is very special, and I will try to rent again.

Great unit with a great view

The communal bbq’s are a great way to meet others. Overall we had a great time.

Kona Isle Paradise

We had a lovely time staying at Kona I’ll. We had an oceanfront unit with excellent use, access to the barbecue and close to downtown. The bedroom was comfortable with lots of hanging space. Everything was super clean, good quality linens and dishes. We were missing a dish strainer, and the owner responded promptly to supply one. We were very happy with our stay, and would recommend this unit and complex.

Location is just right.

Location is what makes it all worth it, right in the middle when you trying to explore the beaches both directions. Sleeping to the sound of crashing waves and a fan, because no ac. And watching dolphins with you cuppa coffee right off your patio. You do spot a bug here n there, but it’s the same deal in other places too. Pool is super warm, only realized at the very end. Very good value for oceanfront…

Hawaii Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great suite, well supplied with all you need as well as snorkeling, bogey boarding and beach day gear. Lots of kitchen stuff and a really comfortable bed. We declined the additional $25.00 a day for the AC and found we really didn't need it. Definitely would be happy staying again.

Room With A View

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room With A View. Nothing like looking out your front window and seeing and hearing the ocean, the whales and the dolphins. Room is adequately equipped, excellent washer and drier. Lots of hot water and good pressure. Bed is comfy, but small (a double?), should be upgraded to a king.It would be nice to have table and chairs on the deck, I'd rather eat outside in Hawaii. A few more coffee mugs would be great too. Looking forward to returning next year!

November Big Island Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This our second time on Hawai’i Island but first time in a Knutson managed property. The condo we rented was in a nice location. It has an awesome ocean view. At least three occasions we watched dolphins in the ocean from our lanai. The dolphin “shows” alone were worth the price of admission.The unit itself was clean and fairly well maintained. Knutson offered help if we needed it. There were no issues that required immediate attention or affected our stay. Yes, we would recommend a Knutson managed property to our friends.

One week at Kona Isle

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental experience was perfect in every way. The unit was immaculately clean and in perfect condition, including all of the fixtures, furniture, appliances, bedding, towels, you name it. The unit was stocked with absolutely everything we need for a home away from home week-long stay, plus extra supplies to head to the beach with, which is such a great perk in a Hawaii rental. We needed assistance as the automatic lock was not functioning upon our arrival, and were presented with a prompt solution of a lock-box key until mgmt could send a repair person. Communication on this matter was prompt and professional. Parking was very convenient with a dedicated reserved space near the building.

Beachfront bliss

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time on the Big Island and this was the perfect home base. It was convenient for our daily excursions and we enjoyed sitting on the ocean front chairs just a few yards from our door watching the sunset each evening. We could hear the waves crashing at night and the birds would wake us in the morning. The managers were very responsive and when we asked for fluffier pillows, brand new ones were delivered that day. The condo was very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities, including a nice welcome bag, and beach chairs & umbrella for excursions. We used a phone app that had 5 different routes and suggested places to stop along the way. We enjoyed the variety of the island....from the erupting volcano, to lush rain forest trails and waterfalls, luaus, a chocolate tour, shopping, fun food stops, black sand beach, and breathtaking views. We were busy every day for 6 days and there is still so much to see and do. We will be back!
