The Space:

Looking for a quiet retreat near Oregon's world-famous Mt. Hood? Look no further than this amazing home in Welches! Between a great location near the golf course, plenty of amenities (like a private hot tub), and stunning natural beauty all around you, your next mountain vacation is looking better than ever.



This multi-level home for eight is just steps away from the greens of the Three Nines Golf Course, making it ideal for golfers in search of mountain views as they play. After a full day out, you can decompress with a soak in your private hot tub, or challenge your family and friends to a friendly match of pool in the game room.



Contemporary decor, along with lots of natural light thanks to the wide windows, makes this home nice and welcoming. Step inside from the deck to admire the living room's vaulted ceilings, before getting cozy on the massive sectional sofa by the gas fireplace. Between WiFi, games, and a TV, you're sure to stay entertained!



There are several types of dining to try in nearby Mt. Hood Village, but why eat out when you have everything you need for cooking right at home? The kitchen has all the basic appliances you need to make something tasty, as well as extras like a dishwasher for easy cleanup. Enjoy your food at the table for eight! And when you're in the mood for a cookout, there's a gas grill outside on the deck.



Three bedrooms allow six guests at once to stay in this home. Two of the rooms have plush queen-size beds, with deck access from the primary bedroom. The third bedroom allows another private space for sleeping with two twin beds. A game room is also available to play a round of pool and watch some favorite shows on the TV.



Wherever you sleep, you can wash up with a shower in either of the two bathrooms, with an additional half-bath for freshening up. And don't forget about the private washer/dryer to keep your vacation clothes neat and tidy.



You'll be close to Resort at the Mountain amenities like golfing and a spa, and of course the mountain is right nearby as well! Government Camp is only 13 miles to the east and with it access to a wide variety of hiking trails and ski slopes near the iconic Mt. Hood.



The sights of Mt. Hood National Forest are just five miles farther and skiing is close by at Mt. Hood Ski Bowl (13 miles), Timberline (19 miles) and Mt. Hood Meadows (24 miles).

Great location, very comfortable house.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is very comfortable & spacious. The hot tub, ping pong table & pool table were all a great bonus. The house is located along a beautiful golf course with many easy local hikes, several restaurants just a few minutes drive away. We were able to relax on the out door furniture and the hot tub was really nice and very clean. We will definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood was great! Hot tub fantastic! Very big house with lots of room to stretch and lounge around. The home had some repairs and updates that needed to be done. As a general contractor, I just couldn't help it!! Wish the door code was a bit shorter and the house was warmed up a bit more than 60 degrees. Other that that, it was an awesome stay for a weekend!

Lots of space and well maintained. Very comfortable. Be aware that check out time is 10 am and guests are required to perform a few housekeeping tasks before leaving.

Perfect place for a relaxing girls weekend! Very cozy set up for lounging and the layout worked well for some folks cooking in the kitchen/others in the living room but we were able to still talk together etc. Hot tub= Major plus! We will for sure we staying here again in the future!

House in the Tree's

Loved our experience with this home, at first arrival the pass code did not work, thought to myself (oh no), but with one phone call and within a few minutes the service person gave us a new way to enter the home. The home is well furnished with lots of things to do or just relax.

We showed up on the first night and found a garbage can with human urine in the pool room. Kind of scared on what else might have not been cleaned before we showed up.

Nice and spacious and had pool access

This is a very spacious place. Everything was nice for the most part. Beds are a little soft for our liking and sheets aren’t super soft. If you are a chef bring your own knives. The kitchen amenities are OK but could be upgraded. Loved having a freezer with a full-time icemaker. Needed that during our HOT stay. Downstairs gets nice and cool but upstairs stayed warmer. Loved the location!

Beautiful location but home needs some attention. No propane for fire on Christmas, Hot tub wasn’t clean. Lights are broken, fans don’t work in bathroom. A little TLC would go along way.

Mt. Hood Vacation

Spring Break ski trip for our family of 3. Welches ended up being a great location. The weather didn't cooperate for good skiing. We did a nice hike a couple miles away on the Salmon River one day. Spent a day in Portland and went to Cannon Beach. We were able to ski 2 days at Meadows which is an exceptional resort.The condo worked out perfectly for us. We had multiple pool games and an evening of ping pong. The living space was very comfortable. Bedrooms were fine and plenty of bathrooms. We didn't cook anything but breakfast but the kitchen was well stocked. The hot tub is very clean and works beautifully. Not always the case we have found.We had good dinners at the Mexican and Indian restaurants in Welches. Joe's donuts in Sandy lived up to the hype. The food truck park there was only OK. Overall a good vacation. Close access to a variety of activities was a bonus when the skiing wasn't good. The condo enhanced our experience. Highly recommended.

frustration to the max

There was no assistance on how to work the TV. 2 remotes and no instructions on how to work it. Very frustrating on our end. You must have a step by step instruction sheet on how to turn on the TV. The upstairs shower turn on in a peculiar way. If I had not read the fine print in the 16 page manual, I would not have figured it out. Put an instruction in the bathroom somewhere so it is not so difficult to figure out. Unfortunately the hot tub was down for cleaning and that was a disappointment.

House was nice but things are falling apart.

We came and the driveway was full of snow that had turned to ice and was diff to get the car in the drive. We also slipped several times. We are musicians that can’t afford to fall and break anything. We also had difficulty with the water heater turning off requiring us to restart. This caused problems with our schedule the first day. We anticipated th is the second, good thing since we needed to ignite it again. The tub faucet up stairs came off, finally we found a bed bug upstairs in the sofa of the man cave. The location was great and we liked the lay out of the house. We did call in several times for assistance but service was slow. Last year was great. I woyld like to asked for some type of return on our payment since it was not relaxing and caused problems with our schedule Thank you sharon ross

Great location

Very comfortable townhome with hot tub, fireplace, grill, and well furnished kitchen. Quiet and shaded deck provided a space for playing cards and enjoying cocktails. Close to Mt. Hood, the falls and a short drive to the Portland airport. We all loved the place.

Cozy, clean and comfortable!

This is our second stay at Clarks condo. It is so relaxing there! We love all the entertainment options, location and that we can use the pool at the resort. Always clean and a well stocked kitchen. We will return!
