The resort has tons of amenities that are plenty of fun for you and your group, including a pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, and tennis courts! At the end of the day, watch a beautiful sunset while you relax on the patio or in the private hot tub.



Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. Gather with your group in the charming living area that boasts a lovely fireplace and a large TV mounted above it. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, equipped with stainless steel appliances and a floating island breakfast bar. If you need to stay connected, a dedicated workspace is available with a desk and chair in the den. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious, with ample room for personal effects. Kids will love bunking down and making memories in the bunk beds! Get a great night's rest from the day's activities in the main bedroom, which boasts a TV for private viewing, and a lovely en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a luxurious walk-in shower.

This house is absolutely beautiful and feels like home! We stayed four nights over spring break and didn’t want to leave. My only suggestions would be to equip the home with more bikes and to invest in more user friendly smart TVs. For a house of this size you should expect a family of at least 4-5, there were only three bikes and only one was not broken in some way. Other than that I would definitely book this house again!

Awesome Family Adventure

We had an incredible stay at this home in Sunriver. The home was clean and in great condition. Our boys (5 and 2.5) had a blast playing on the wraparound deck. We had so much fun and can’t wait to come back.

Dining room table benches are unstable be careful when sitting on the ends.

Wonderful Get-away!

This house is perfect! The location is amazing - just minutes from an amazing variety of outdoor activities. The High Desert museum, lava center, waterfalls, Nature Center, observatory, obsidian flow, hiking and biking trails - a nature lover's paradise. The shops and restaurants in the village and at Bend offer great selection and are so very close. The house is very spacious, well-appointed and comfortable - we didn't want to leave! You simply must come here.

Sunriver Fall Family Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at P and K Getaway. It was a perfect location in the heart of Sunriver/central Oregon to do all things fun in and around Bend. The house had all the amenities for a week long stay and plenty of space for a family of 6. The house was beautiful and extremely well kept. Our favorite spots were the deck surrounded by aspens and the inviting spa. If you enjoy rivers, mountains, forest and beautiful night sky’s this is the house for you!

Great Sunriver House

We stayed here with our family of 4 and two grandparents, we enjoyed the two bedrooms down and main bed upstairs for more privacy. The game room downstairs was also a bonus for our teen son. House is much bigger in person than it looks in the photos and the kitchen is well appointed. We would definitely stay here again and hope to in the future. We did see the review about the house being cold, and asked that the heat was turned up, the heat was set at 62 when we arrived and warmed up fairly quickly with the fireplace going. The downstairs did stay quite cold though if the fireplace was on.

Nice home

My family of 4 stayed here for a quick getaway. It’s a massive home, and has loads of amenities. Pros: The gourmet kitchen is stocked with with everything you need to create amazing meals, the only thing I didn’t find that I would have liked was an electric griddle for pancakes. It did have an instant pot pressure cooker, popcorn maker, small waffle maker, and 2 icecream machines, to name a few. There is a keurig coffee maker and a spare in the pantry, so bring your kcups! There are books and games downstairs in the office/den area. Cons: We got the house code, but it didn’t say where the lockbox was located, we spent several minutes hunting it down, it was not in an easy place to find, nor was it easy to open to get the key out or put away when we left. (Could use a new lockbox) The hot tub was awesome but there was only one small light down there. The house could use instructions in the manual for how to use the thermostat, TV and kitchen sink for those not very familiar. The biggest complaint I have was that the house was absolutely frigid when we arrived! 50 degrees inside. It took 3 hours to get it up to an acceptable temperature, and we shivered a bunch while waiting. The house does have a fireplace, but let’s just say those were some really chilly hours!! It would be recommended in the future to have someone come a few hours beforehand to warm the house up. All in all, it was a nice stay, just needs some small improvements. I’d stay here again.
