Stair railing bars are far too wide and children can fall through too easily. Realize this is how the home was built, please let renters know to be careful

great layout, nicely appointed, plenty of rooms for my 3 teens to spread out and relax and do whatever they do. walkable to the village. fantastic place.

Great Family House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented the house for our annual family trip and it really worked well for us. There was plenty of space for our 2 grown children and their families (10 total). The house was very clean on arrival. It is well stocked and the furnishings were not old or worn. It was very warm during the week so it was a bit of a challenge keeping the inside at a comfortable temperature during the days but the nights cooled down wonderfully. We knew there was no air conditioning so we requested a couple of fans the week before we arrived. The house also had 2 fans. The location was great. Walking distance to the Village. We took full advantage of Sunriver, golfing, biking, floating the river, the SHARC, concert at the lodge and zip lining at Mt Bachelor.

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house has great bones and lots of room. No air conditioning. The master bedroom floors squeak badly everywhere. The master tv was missing a tv remote so to change the volume or turn it off and on you had to get up. The location was great and great living room and dining. The hit tub and barbeque worked well. There was a gas leak in the laundry room where the hot water heater is. It took 3 different men and 6 trips to get it fixed.

Classic Sunriver

Updated older home with a great flow and all the right indoor/outdoor spaces. Garage and included bikes were great. Kitchen very well stocked and everything working perfectly. Beds very comfortable and all TVs in perfect working order. Location is exceptional, just off the beaten path but not too far from the Village. I would definitely stay again.

Reviewer Comments: The house was in a great location to walk to the village, kitchen had ok supplies, bikes were fine and having the extra refrigerator was great. The house needs a good cleaning because dog hair is everywhere, even on the furniture and rolling along the baseboards. The only broom was full of dust and the small vaccuum only spewed dog hair. Garage door needs attention. Downstairs master sink doesn't drain.

Fun family stay

Our family enjoyed this home. It was easy to walk around the house, eat at the table and enjoy a bicycle ride. The bowl-style dinner plates were hard to use and should be replaced with traditional dinner plates. The cookware was really nice. All of the bathrooms and the kitchen were well stocked with supplies. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is large with good bedroom options. There was a good supply of firewood, although it was not completely dry. It was a good thing we brought lots of newspaper and kindling. The kitchen was stocked well and even had spices and cooking oil. The dishes were not all clean especially the pans and silverware. Behind the back deck there was dog poop scattered around. There was a significant layer of dust and probably woodstove ash on the shelf of the home entertainment center. The tops of the side tables and night stands were not clean. The hot tub was very well maintained and clean. The washer and dryer worked well. The property management staff was very helpful and professional. The driveway provided quite a bit of parking space. The house is in a quiet area.

Location was perfect, house great size, plenty of necessities!

We played plenty of games and the hot tub was a big hit :) having 4 bathrooms is great with 7 teen/adults (1 in diapers) plenty of room. Kids saw all sorts of deer, a raccoon, squirrels 🐿️ and 🐸 frogs. Great place to make memories.

Nice location and house. Garage door kept coming off it's rollers and not opening / closing. needs more kitchen towels, paper towels. No dish washing soap little things you expect for the price

Very nice home. Quiet location with an easy walk to Village. SHARC passes were a great addition. Smaller back deck but had good grill and hot tub. Large dining table worked great for group meals. Large bedrooms. Would stay here again.

Amazing home in the heart of Sunriver!

Had such a wonderful time! Perfect location to the village and easy beautiful bike ride to the river and lodge. Clean and had everything we needed! Would highly recommend!

Our Favorite House in Sunriver

Our only complaint is that we wish we could check in earlier on our day of arrival so that we can enjoy it a bit longer. We have stayed at a lot of house in Sunriver over the years and this is by far our favorite. Can’t wait until next year!
