The Space:

Imagine basking in oceanfront views from your fourth-floor balcony every morning. With three flatscreen TVs, nearby beach access, shared pools and hot tub, this Island Club villa is the ideal getaway choice for your next vacation.



This well-manicured resort property is half a mile from the Folly Field Beach Park, which you can walk to or rent a bike to ride. Walkways weave through the verdant landscape of the complex, offering direct access to the beach and the resort's sundeck. Within the complex, you'll find nine tennis courts, fishing lagoons, a fitness center, and basketball courts, as well as a picnic area with lawn games, a children's playground, and multiple shared pools.



This two-bedroom condo features an open galley kitchen with upgraded counters and modern appliances, as well as free WiFi and a private washer/dryer. The living room is complete with sliding glass doors that lead to a wide patio. The primary bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and direct access to the patio. The second bedroom contains two twin beds.



Thanks to the sub-tropical climate and a bustling resort community, the Island Club is open all year long and available for relaxing beach getaways. Don't delay in securing your rental today!

The lap pool, kiddie pool, and tanning shelf will close on the evening of October 29, 2023, and re-plaster work begins on October 30. The hot tub will close on the evening of November 24. (Due to the re-plaster work, there may be times when the hot tub is not available.) All pools are scheduled to re-open on March 2, 2024 (date subject to change due to construction).



The heaters for both the lap and kiddie pools will stay on during the spring until the weather changes. The heaters will be turned back on in the fall, depending on the weather.

Nice place but needs some updates

Aside from the oven and stove not working, the staff did what they could to offer options which was nice. Elevators were slow and on our check out day one was out of order completely. Nice distance to the beach. Overall pretty good accommodations for the price.

The condo was very nice and the view was fantastic. We had a couple of items that needed repair, but the maintenance staff fixed those quickly. The only big problem was the bedroom with the double bed. It was not very comfortable and seemed to creak and strain every time we got into it. Other than that, the condo was quite comfortable.

Beautiful View

The view from the balcony was the reason we chose this condo. It was lovely! And the place was tastefully decorated (not too much “stuff” cluttering up the tabletops and counter space). There was enough kitchenware so we didn’t have to constantly be running the dishwasher. Washer and dryer worked great. Our only complaint is that we had issues with the AC not working properly for the first 48 hours. We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and it was finally running on Monday afternoon. Fortunately, the temperature outside was cooler AND we found a nice fan in the closet so we managed to stay comfortable. That being said we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Don't ever book a rental with vacasa.

We love Hilton Head. There is much to love about this Island, but enjoying it from a Vacasa property is a mistake. They are so unresponsive. Our air-conditioning went out three nights during our weekly stay and they did nothing about it. It's impossible to get help from this company. It's the second time I used them, and I would never use them again. The first was in Panama City, and although I had issues with them there, I thought I would try one more time. We were locked out of our unit one afternoon for over two hours, and it took forever trying to reach someone to help us. The batteries on the lock were dead. They just don't want to be bothered with problems. We had mice eat food in the kitchen two nights in a row. The cookware and knives are old and look as though they were bought at a garage sale. The bed is old and gave me back issues throughout the night. The bathroom faucet only trickles water. I mean, who wants a list of issues to fight when they are on vacation?!?!? We tried to ignore as many as we could, but getting locked out and having children sleep in warm, humid rooms isn't something to forget about. We overlooked the mice, the bad cookware, the crappy bed and pillows, the lack of water, etc, but the other issues are not acceptable. We never heard from vacasa to apologize. They should give a refund for any inconvenience, but they.... don't....care! Just wait! They will get on here next and give some lame apology and say they will fix things, but it's all a bunch of you know what! They should have called!!!!!

Perfect Beach Paradise

We stayed here for 5 nights and loved every minute. The grounds are very nice, and the unit is well appointed. Very close to the beach, which was not as crowded as other beaches on the island. The only issue was a small housekeeping problem, that was resolved in less than 15 minutes. We will definitely by coming back.

Great location; Not thoroughly cleaned

The location was great and the view to the ocean excellent. Even though it's remodeled it still looks "tired" in places. Sofa cushions especially soiled. The condition of the unit was not up to par which is on the vacation rental company who maintains it. Info from rental company about the property and amenities was extremely poor. Again, not a fault of the unit.

Great Condo -Awful Vacasa Experience

This condo’s furnishings and amenities were outstanding. Unfortunately, the cleaning service was subpar—in particular, the bathrooms were not clean...very disgusting!! Vacasa did nothing to improve this situation or make the tenant (me) feel better about having to clean it myself. I didn’t use the 2nd bathroom, so I left it gross.

A week away from Tennessee

The room was perfect. Clean everything you needed away from home. It was our first trip to Hilton head and my wife already wants to book again in August or September and bring more family down. We had an amazing time and so relaxing. I would for sure recommend island club.

I want to go back!

Beautiful location! Sitting on the lanai listening to the ocean waves was so relaxing. We had the bedroom window open so we could hear the sound of the waves as we went to sleep. The unit was tastefully decorated. There were beach chairs and such available but we didn't use them. I appreciated the laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and other consumables provided (although I did bring my own). I would go back in a heartbeat.

Fantastic place !!!!

This place was fantastic. It was everything it was advertised and more. Completely renovated, spacious, and very close to the beach. Loved the floors in the kitchen, dining, and hallways. Showers were nicely done, kitchen great cabinets and granite countertops. We loved it. A bit surprised by the 10 am checkout but management gave us an extra hour so things worked out. Would stay here again and hope to do so next year at this time. Congrats to owners..... nicely done with the place.

Perfection!

This unit is gorgeous, brand new! Including appliances (still had new stickers on them) the kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful. The living room is very comfortable. This condo is perfectly located, unobstructed views of the ocean, close to the pool and park for kids. The condo was spotless clean and also included everything you needed! This was our first time at the Island Club. It was perfect for our family of 5. We will be back, and rent this condo.
