The Space:

Curlew 8 is a luxurious second-row private home featuring ocean views and chic, coastal décor. This upscale private home in North Forest Beach is spacious and attractive - it was recently renovated and everything has been brought up to date! Discover all new furniture, new bedding, all new paint, and pool furniture.



The home boasts two large living areas, one with beautiful decorative tile through the main level and the other with beautiful hardwood floors. A private pool and kiddie pool, an in-home elevator, TVs in every bedroom, and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean make this home spectacular!



Head upstairs, and you'll find the spacious, second-level living area with ample seating, a large HDTV, and a kitchenette with a wet bar, fridge, and wine cooler. It also has access to an upper-level ocean-view balcony.



On the main level, the bedrooms all have en suite bathrooms, one with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. One of the upstairs bedrooms provides a lovely ocean view, and two have en suite bathrooms. One connects to the adjacent den, which has an upstairs laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer. On site gas grill also.

THINGS TO KNOW

The pool can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee. If the outside temperature is colder than 55 degrees, the pool may not maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be given if the pool does not reach your desired temperature but is still warming.



Other Things to Note:

This property has a pool and spa that can be heated between Labor Day and Memorial Day for an additional fee of $X.



Please note that the pool and spa share the same heater. In order for the spa to be heated, the pool heat must also be activated. When the spa is isolated to reach a higher temperature, the pool will temporarily stop heating. Guests are kindly asked to turn off the spa when it is not in use.



If the outside temperature falls below 55°F, the pool may not be able to maintain a warmer temperature. Refunds will not be provided if the pool or spa does not reach the desired temperature but is still actively heating.



A minimum of 7 days’ notice is required to arrange pool and spa heating. The heating fee must be paid prior to check-in. Guests may contact management after booking to add pool and spa heat to their reservation.



Note: The small pool attached to the main pool is a kiddie pool. Home has a standalone hot tub (guests pay hot tub fee regardless)
