Enjoy the best of Hilton Head Island from this beautifully located two-level villa, just a short walk from the Shipyard Beach Club and the community pool—perfect for beach lovers, golfers, and families alike.



Nestled in the desirable Beachwalk complex, you’ll have everything within easy reach, including beach access, scenic bike paths, and some of the island’s most renowned golf courses. This villa is ideally situated in the closest building to both the pool and the beach, and it’s conveniently located just across the street from the Tennis Center.



After a day of sun and activities, return to a comfortable, well-appointed space featuring two levels of living, central air conditioning, high-speed WiFi, and an upstairs washer/dryer for added convenience. The home welcomes you through the fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar for two, and multiple dining options—including a cozy breakfast nook and a spacious dining table for six.



Unwind in the inviting living area, where a large wall-mounted Smart TV is perfect for movie nights. Step outside to the private back deck to enjoy outdoor dining or fire up the gas grill for an evening cookout.



Upstairs, both bedrooms offer a relaxing retreat, each featuring its own en suite bathroom and Smart TV for added comfort and privacy.

Such an amazing location and such a beautiful surrounding property! The house was very clean and we had everything we needed. We enjoyed the walks to the beach with the dog and the nature path behind the house. Easy drive to local restaurants and activities. The kids loved everything!

Location! Location! Location! Beachwalk villa is literally just a short walk from the beach near the beach parking lots at the end of the walkway to the beach which has very nice bathrooms and shower facilities. Even has a hose, to wash off your dog, and a big dog bowl for water.

Lovely stay

This was our first time in Hilton Head during winter time, but it was a lovely stay, made even more lovely by the wonderful accommodations. With a full master bedroom with a King and a second bedroom with its own bathroom and multiple beds, this place is wonderful for a wide variety of groups.
