This stylish and very tasteful 53 m² apartment is located in a pleasant residential area of Scharbeutz, not far from the beach.
It features an excellent floor plan and offers wonderful living comfort for up to 2 adults and one child.
The spacious, tiled entryway, featuring a large mirror and a coat rack, welcomes you.
All other rooms are accessible from the entryway. In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa and in a cozy armchair with a footstool. The fold-out bed (90 x 200) provides additional sleeping space. The TV offers entertainment, and Wi-Fi is available (no compensation will be provided in the event of a service disruption).
Through the living room, you’ll reach the dining area and the open, modern kitchen. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a dishwasher, as well as all the cooking utensils you’ll need.
From the living room, you can step out onto the spacious, west-facing sun balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings.
The bedroom features a double bed (140 x 200 / twin mattresses) along with a wardrobe offering ample storage space for your clothes. From here, you also have access to a balcony with a beautiful ocean view.
The bathroom features light-colored tiles and a large window. It includes a shower, sink, and toilet.
This is a non-smoking apartment; small dogs are welcome upon request. In the summer, you can let your four-legged friend run free on the designated beach sections. From early October through late March, all beach sections are open to dogs.
The parking space is located right next to the house and is, of course, free of charge.
