This is a rural Catskills location, so having your own vehicle is essential for getting to and from the home, as well as exploring the surrounding towns, restaurants, and activities.

Ride-sharing services like Uber or Lyft are extremely limited in this area and should not be relied upon.

From October through April, weather conditions can include snow, ice, and muddy roads. We strongly recommend an AWD or 4WD vehicle with all-weather or winter tires and good tread during these months. The home is located on a country road, and winter driving conditions are part of the Catskills experience.

Plan accordingly so you can arrive safely and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

House Access:
• The garage is not included in the reservation. Access to the house is at the front door.

• Base rate includes 6 guests; additional guests incur a nightly fee

• No parties or events; day visitors require approval
• Unapproved guests may result in fees or cancellation without refund

• No time changes during Memorial Day–Labor Day or holidays
• Outside those dates: possible with 24+ hours’ notice + fee

Guests & Occupancy
• The base rate is for 6 guests. Over 6 there is a per person per night fee.
• Make sure you have the right number of guests on the reservation for accurate pricing. Unaccounted for guests will have a fee of double the nightly rate and/or could result in immediate termination of the reservation with no refund.
• Only the number of guests on the reservation should be at the house
• No parties , gatherings or events
• Day visitors require approval
