🤽 Pool Heating Fee Disclosure

👙 Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $150 for up to 4 days. For stays longer than 4 days, an additional fee of $30 per day will apply.

👙 A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to activate the pool heater. Once requested, the heating service must be applied for the full duration of the stay and cannot be turned on or off intermittently.

* If booking during hurricane season (July–November), we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Refunds are not provided for weather-related disruptions.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full private access to the entire home during their stay. This includes all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, laundry room, and outdoor spaces. Enjoy exclusive use of the private pool, hot tub, screened lanai, fire pit, and dock. The driveway is available for parking. Self check-in is provided for your convenience using a secure keypad entry.

This is not insurance and does not replace travel or liability insurance. It is a self-funded protection covering up to $500 in accidental damage to contents only, such as linens, towels, and wine glasses. Please relax and enjoy your stay, knowing minor mishaps are covered.



🐜 Pest Note: We treat regularly, but Florida may have occasional pests. No refunds are issued for pest sightings. We are always happy to address any concerns during your stay.



🔊 Noise and External Conditions: Please be aware that situations outside our control may occur. This includes construction or noise outside the unit, temporary closure of amenities, utility or city repairs, or issues on neighboring properties or units. These circumstances are beyond our control, and we are unable to provide refunds for any related disruptions.



👶 Pack ’n Play: Pack ’n Plays must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. These items are shared across units. Please request at the time of booking to confirm availability.



🧺 Guest Supplies and Towels: Additional supplies may be available, but are not guaranteed. If you run out, nearby stores are available. Towels are intended for approximately the first three days of your stay. You may use the in-unit washer and dryer or on-site laundry facilities to refresh them. Laundry fees may apply. For stays of five nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, and we will provide them if available.



📦 Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and a guest requests return, a $25 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items left behind after checkout.
