This newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment has everything needed for your beach getaway. The property is located a 5 minute walk from the boardwalk and beach and includes 2 adult beach badges with beach blanket and 2 beach towels. Downtown with plenty of restaurants and bars is only about a 10 minute walk. Feel like staying in? Our private roof deck is the perfect place to relax for a quiet dinner in. The apartment is located on the second floor of a 4 unit building. The door opens to both the kitchen and living area. The kitchen has granite counters and new cabinets, with all the cooking supplies you would need. Complimentary K-cups, breakfast bars and snacks are provided. The bathroom consists of a shower and tub. Also off the kitchen is a laundry area with washer and dryer for guest use. The living area consists of a couch and coffee table, as well as an additional seating area with 2 chairs. There is a sliding glass door that opens to a private and tranquil roof deck completed with an outdoor table and 4 chairs. The bedroom contains a king bed, full closet and dresser for guest use. Guest can access the building with a code provided before check in. Once inside there will be a lock box with key to the apartment. I live in the first floor apartment and am around, but I like to respect guests privacy. I am always available when guests need me though. I am glad to provide recommendations or trouble shoot any problems that might unexpectedly come up during your stay. The apartment is conveniently located to be within walking distance of the beach and boardwalk as well as the downtown area (Cookman Ave). The neighborhood is friendly and very safe. Free parking is provided along Heck St, but may be limited during peak summer hours. Additional free parking can be found along Sunset Lake. There are also Electric Scooters available via the LINK app. Ride sharing apps are readily available as well. Host lives on site as well as other full time residents. Please be respectful and observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 9 am. No parties or other events.
