Every bedroom includes its own TV, room-darkening shades, bed linens, clothing storage, hangers, and extra pillows and blankets.
Inside, the private living room has a 55-inch TV for movie nights, and the dining table, breakfast nook, and formal dining area make family meals easy. The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator with in-door ice and water, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, hot water kettle, barbecue utensils, baking sheet, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and children’s dinnerware. Two full bathrooms include tub-and-shower combos, hot water, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body soap, and a hair dryer.
Outside, the private pool ranges from 3 to 6 feet deep and is paired with a privacy-screened lanai, sun loungers, outdoor furniture, and poolside dining for relaxed meals in the fresh air. Please note that while the house is single level with no stairs, it does not meet 32-inch-wide doorway accessibility standards. All doorways are 31 inches wide, and light switches are placed lower throughout the home. Cleaning is available during your stay upon request. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.
