We really enjoyed our stay. The Property Manager was the neighbour, so very handy and re-assuring. The pool was great and the interior of the villa was was very nice. The one disappointing feature was the Games Room

Great value/ Great area/ Perfectly Splendid Accommodations

This property was in a great location. Nice quiet neighborhood. It was convenient to everything, but far enough away from all the tourist crowds. This was our first vacation in more than a year and a half. We actually spent most of it relaxing at the house. Very nice swimming pool and hot tub, overlooking a serene pond, with plentiful wildlife (especially turtles, fish, and birds). We’d definitely stay here again the next time we are in town.

Perfect home!

We had an amazing time. Owner responded immediately and was able to accommodate us at a very short notice. The cleanliness of the home was fantastic. The backyard pool area was the best along with the view. The house was very big and accommodated our family. The master bedroom was so well located that it would not bother my husband while we were loud and he slept! I can’t wait to come back. Thank you Robert

Relaxation at it's Finest

There is so much to say about this property. The description was spot on. The home is the perfect size for everyone to spread out and relax. My favorite areas were of course the pool and jacuzzi. Our children had fun several days in the pool and using the games in the game room. Had it not been for the home being booked for the remainder of the week by someone else, we certainly would have requested to stay longer. The neighborhood was very quiet. We're already looking forward to our next stay here.

Great Villa

Had a very relaxing short but sweet stay in this villa. Pictures do not do it justice, it is a lot larger than shown with an open plan living kitchen area, formal dining room, a second sitting room. There are rooms hidden off corridors, garage full of adult games, fishing rods, bikes, etc and children’s bikes, buggies, car seats etc. Two very comfortable recliner sofas in the family room, very modern kitchen with everything you could need. Pool, jacuzzi and large deck are great, overlooking the beautiful lake with its resident alligator and wading birds. The only downside to this villa is how far away it is from most places. We normally stay nearer to the US192 which is usually about 20 minutes from all attractions, however this villa takes around 40-45 minutes to most places. Traffic was shocking so that may play a factor in this, but a little out of the way for us.

Easy Access to Disney

The house was clean, as advertised, pool was super after a long day at the parks. Access to the Disney was super easy, straight up Poinciana Blvd to Osceola parkway and you're there!

Wonderful villa

We really enjoyed our stay at the beautiful villa. The communications with the owner were great and he was very helpful. The pool area was amazing and the kids really enjoyed the pool and also the game room. The home was perfect for our family. We would really recommend this property to everyone.

What a wonderful trip!

Really enjoyed our stay! Kids loved the pool and spa area on out theme park off days. The photos of the home don't do it justice, the rooms are so cute and the new kitchen is beautiful! We left some puddle jumpers and and a baby float there so hopefully some future guests can enjoy them.

Beautiful and Relaxing

My family and I loved this home. Beautiful home with lots of space. John the property manager was great and so helpful. Brand new larger kitchen was amazing with white cabinets and granite counter tops (not in the current photos; also not in current photos - new dining room chairs and bedding in some bedrooms was very nice too). The master bedroom has its own bathroom with tub and walk in shower off the pool area situated at the back of the house. Two other bedrooms share a full bath at the front of the house, which was perfect for my kids and the fourth bedroom was on the other side of the house with its own full bathroom too, which was perfect for grandma! We so enjoyed the recreation room and relaxing in the heated pool and hot tub and eating outside. The neighborhood is quiet but for the wildlife! We loved the ugly ducks (not so ugly), sandhill cranes and egrets as we relaxed by the pool. Plenty of stores and place to eat nearby on John Young Parkway and Vine Street (approximately 15 minute drive). 7-11 and gas station right outside the community complex and a Dollar General very close by - good for grabbing snacks, sunblock etc. and of course there is always the 24 hour Walmart with a giant grocery section and pool noodles! We had a wonderful and relaxing time here and would definitely return. Also highly recommend The Spirit of the Swamp airboat tour about 30 minute drive - well worth it - beautiful views, flowers, birds and yes alligators! We had a wonderful, fun and relaxing stay. Will definitely return.

Enjoyable

Wonderful quiet and relaxing. Pool/jacuzzi were perfect. Enough Space to enjoy family and enough room to hide away if need be. Loved watching and listening to the wildlife in and around the pond.

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood

Our family found this to be a lovely escape during the pandemic. It was clean and easy to find in a quiet neighborhood. There is a gas station nearby, but otherwise it is a healthy 20 minutes to restaurants, grocery stores, Walmart, etc. Here are things that we really appreciated: *nice south facing pool and large patio with a hot tub, plenty of loungers, and a covered table for six which enabled us to eat outside, regardless of weather conditions. LOVED THIS! *There was a large pond at the back of the property with a resident alligator *well stocked kitchen, washer/dryer *quiet bedrooms with nice bedding *game room with pool, ping pong, and air hockey *tv in family room was large and clear - great for movie nights *The owner was responsive! Early in our trip I contacted the owner about the bikes, couch, and blinds. (Side note: these items didn't ruin our vacation by any means, but if I was the owner, I would want someone to tell me about these items.) *We were a little disappointed that bikes were in the listing and in the photos, but there was a sign saying that they were off limits due to insurance reasons. This is fine, but then the bikes really should be removed from the listing. *The couch was really comfortable for watching movies, but the fabric (vegan leather?) is literally shedding tiny bits all over. It may just be well loved and is ready for retirement. *Many of the vertical blinds have been repaired, but some of the them would have a panel or two that wouldn't pivot. *There was an air hockey table, but no pucks. We contacted the manager, but she didn't know where they were, either. We ordered some from Amazon and donated them to the game room. *The pool screen had some tears. The owner said that it was common for that to happen and he would call for repairs once we were gone. It is understandable that because of travel restrictions, the owner hasn't been able to visit the property. The only thing this house didn't have that we looked for was a grill. (Owner said they are illegal in the pool area.) This house was lovely and we were very comfortable. In my opinion, if there were new blinds, a new couch, and fluffy new white towels, this house would definitely be worth the price.

Fantastic Villa in Kissimmee

My wife, 2 boys (aged 10 & 7) & I enjoyed a fabulous 2 week stay at the villa during Feb 2018. There is plenty of room in the villa (we only had to use 2 of the 4 bedrooms) & the living area (inc. the kitchen) was particularly spacious. Lots of channels available on the TV in the living room to keep us entertained in the evening! The pool area was great! Very picturesque looking onto the lake. We had a lot of fun swimming in the heated pool & relaxing in the jacuzzi. There were also a good number of sun beds to lounge on. Pool was serviced/cleaned each week. The games room is a great feature of the house. There you'll find table tennis, air hockey & a pool table. Good fun if you want a break from the sunshine. Bedrooms were well maintained & clean. Robert (the villa owner) was contactable re any questions and answered them promptly. A toilet block 'incident' was fixed by the management company within 30 minutes of it being reported. Excellent! Most theme parks could be driven to within 30 to 40 mins. There is a giant Walmart store within a 15 minute drive of the villa for getting food etc. However, you'll pass a huge number of food places on your drive back from the theme parks to sit-in or takeaway. Also, there were many places that provide takeaway delivery. I would highly recommend this villa to all. Indeed, we liked it that much we're already booked to go back in 2020!

Very happy with everything.

House was clean, liked the layout of the house, enjoyed the pool and hot tub a lot. Nice tv in living room, however the tv in the bedrooms were very small especially the master bedroom. Could barely see it from bed. Nice quiet neighbourhood, Had a great stay!

Great Villa

Just back from another stay at this stunning villa which we highly recommend. Good peaceful location within 30 mins to the parks. The south facing pool is sunny all day, offering good views of the abundant wildlife around the lake. Excellent service and communication from both the owner and the local management company making one’s stay effortless.

Great Property in Wonderful Location

We have stayed at this villa before and have made several more bookings for future dates. The location is superb in a quite sub division with south facing lake views and is close to all that Orlando has to offer. The villa itself is very well equipped and is kept spotlessly clean by a great local management company. Communication with the owner, Robert, is excellent and any queries you may have are dealt with promptly. We would not hesitate to recommend the property as we feel it is one of the best we have rented .
