The Picklebarn is the ultimate place to play & stay—featuring 2 pro indoor pickleball courts, an indoor basketball goal, outdoor movie screen, hot tub, fire pit, yard games & grass volleyball. Kids love the fort, zip line & climbing wall. Relax in hammocks and enjoy watching the donkeys and cows. Inside, you’ll love the stylish cowboy-contemporary vibes and fully stocked kitchen. The perfect place to play and stay, with a peaceful country setting just off I-40 outside Conway—close & convenient.



The home comfortably sleeps 10 with four thoughtfully designed bedrooms—two with king beds and two with queen beds—plus built-in hallway bunk beds that kids will absolutely love. There are two full bathrooms with walk-in showers and an additional half bath for convenience.



The Picklebarn is ideal for two families sharing a stay, giving parents space to relax while kids stay endlessly entertained. It’s also perfect for groups of pickleball enthusiasts, with plenty of room for four couples to stay comfortably, play as much as they want, and unwind in the hot tub afterward.



Located just 5 minutes from I-40 and right outside Conway, you get the best of both worlds—peaceful country surroundings with quick, convenient access to town, including Starbucks, Target, and local shopping. Enjoy the serenity of wide-open land while still being close to everything you need.

Small gatherings with a few visitors are absolutely welcome, but we do charge an additional fee.

Additional gathering fee:
$250 - 12-20 people on property.

Unfortunately the Picklebarn is not available for groups larger than 20 people.

Please note: gathering fees apply to daytime/evening visitors only and do not increase overnight occupancy of 10 people.

We’re fortunate to have wonderful neighbors we care deeply about, so quiet hours must be observed from 9:30 PM–8:00 AM.

We love hosting small gatherings and ask that guests enjoy the property respectfully and treat it with care. Since we live on the property, we’re nearby if you need anything during your stay.
