Getting around Cocoa Beach is easy and convenient. Most guests choose to drive, and this home offers driveway parking for up to five vehicles with additional space for trailer parking. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and many local restaurants, shops, and beach access points are just a short drive away. Biking is also popular in the area, with flat streets that make exploring the neighborhood simple and enjoyable.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

PLEASE NOTE:

- Mailbox access is not available for guests

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. (1 Max)

- Must be at least 25 years old to book

- Your safety matters. This property features a camera on the front of the home facing the driveway. The camera does not look into any interior spaces and records video and sound when motion is detected.
