With a total area of 220m2 spread over three floors, you can relax and enjoy a well-deserved holiday. The house is fully equipped and offers plenty of room for 16 people. The spacious, cosy and atmospheric living room and fully equipped kitchen are located on the first floor with direct access to the garden. This allows you to enjoy the beautiful panoramic view even more. The living room is furnished in a rural style with a lot of wood. You can eat or socialise in the two 'Austrian' dining corners or at the long wooden dining table. No less than five bedrooms are available, one of which is furnished as a master bedroom with its own heated south-facing balcony. Almost all bedrooms (four) have a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is a wellness area for ultimate relaxation.The chalet has covered parking spaces, a private garden with an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower and several sunny terraces. The nearest supermarket is within walking distance or enjoy the bread service at home. The location is very central both in summer and winter. In just a few minutes by car you can be in the popular ski area of Zell am See, Kaprun or the snow-assured glacier of the Kitzsteinhorn (3029m). Also in summer, the area offers many opportunities for golfing, hiking, swimming or cycling. In short, the ideal exclusive location, entirely in atmosphere, to enjoy a well-deserved holiday!"
