The residence is located on the edge of the cosy village of Piesendorf, an authentic village in Pinzgau. You can walk directly to the bakery, supermarket and restaurants in the centre (approx. 500 m). Or you can have fresh bread rolls delivered to your door in the morning by the local baker.

You can reach the well-known ski areas of Kaprun and Zell am See in no time at all by car or ski bus (bus stop 400 metres away). Kaprun is located near a glacier and, with a summit of 3029 metres, is quite snow-sure. You can often ski there from November to May. The Zell am See ski area is very extensive and is fun for both beginners and advanced skiers. There is a beautiful view of the lake from the pistes. In total, the Kaprun-Zell am See area has no less than 135 kilometres of pistes. And with the ZellamseeXpress, a trip to the pistes of the Skicircus Saalbach/Hinterglemm is also possible, extending the range of pistes to a total of 408 km. Guests of this residence also receive a 10% discount on ski equipment hire at the local Entleitner ski school.

In summer, Piesendorf is known as a certified hiking destination with 44 beautifully marked routes. It is possible to book a tour with a nature ranger, who will tell you all about the beautiful nature there. The region also offers numerous opportunities for mountain biking, paragliding, rafting and climbing. Golfers get their money's worth in Zell am See and the Tauern cycle path, which winds its way through the wide valley of the Salzach, is ideal for cyclists
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine
