Soleado adosado rústico con gran terraza privada y estupendas vistas orientadas al sur

Esta autentica casa andaluza de 3 plantas esta restaurada a un alto nivel, y se encuentra en el corazon de la ciudad vieja de Vejer, a pocos segundos de cafes, restaurantes y el mercado local. Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable: dos dormitorios grandes con baño en suite (uno con cama de matrimonio y otro con dos camas individuales), un salón grande con ventanales de cristal de 9 pies con vistas a la terraza y a la ciudad, y amueblado con dos sofás cama individuales (por lo tanto, la casa puede alojar hasta 6 personas en total). La terraza dispone de mesa y sillas para comer al aire libre, barbacoa y hamaca. Hay una cocina totalmente equipada (cafetera, microondas, tostadora, etc), y la casa tiene televisión, reproductor de DVD, una sala de lavadora independiente, y wifi de alta velocidad. Hay ventiladores y calefactores, y una cuna bajo petición. Toallas y ropa de cama y limpieza están incluidos en el alquiler.

La playa más cercana es El Palmar (10 minutos en coche), pero hay varias playas de arena impresionantes todos dentro de 10-20 minutos en coche (Zahara, Conil, Zahora). Hay aparcamiento público gratuito disponible, y está en Plaza la Paz justo debajo de la casa (a 1 minuto -200m aprox.)

Distancia al aeropuerto: el más cercano es el de Jerez (76,2 km) ; Gibraltar (84,6 km).

No se admiten animales en temporada alta, pero se puede negociar en temporada baja.

Vejer tiene una tienda de alquiler de bicicletas, muchas rutas fantásticas en las cercanías y, sobre todo, comida gourmet a precios extraordinariamente bajos.

Very well positioned in town and Vejer is a lovely town to visit.The spiral staircase could be a problem for older adults and young children.Parking might be problematic in busy times and maybe more advice on this would help visitors.The house was lovely and suited us well.

Authentic charming spanish house

Really nice place in the middle of Vejer with endless restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. The views from the terrace are great and the shower at the master bedroom is wonderful. Some downsides to consider: parking is not easy! In mid-June you need to be super-lucky to get a spot close to the house. The top-floor with sofa-beds are getting quite hot in summer. The sleeping-room and bath in the basement with two single beds are a bit smelly. Still highly recommended!!

Stunning Vejer

Lovely traditional style house with an excellent location in the old town. Plenty of traditional tapas bars and excellent restaurants within a short stroll. Very well maintained and would recommend to anyone. Superb!!

Pros: We have just returned from a blissful three-week family holiday in Vejer, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is charming, located centrally in the old town of this gorgeous Pueblo Blanco and right on the doorstep of many fantastic restaurants and tapas bars. Vejer is a Foodie delight and we really enjoyed exploring the wide variety of great eating-places. For our three weeks in August there were free festivities and entertainments to enjoy almost every evening. The house was lovely, properly equipped, clean and with a beautiful terrace offering a wonderful view of the town ideal for breakfast and evening BBQs watching the sunset. The beaches are just wonderful, endless fine white sand, bordered by sand dunes, we particularly loved the winding roads that led to Bolonia beach and the Roman ruins and museum bordering it really are worth a visit. We visited IMAC Sculpture Park about 10mins drive from Vejer, worth stopping by for the James Turrell piece alone. All in all if you enjoy beach life, Spanish culture, food and art this really is a place to visit. Can’t remember the name but there is a lovely Horse Riding school just off the road as you turn into El Parmer beach, we had a really memorable evening hack along the beach watching the sun set into the sea – very special holiday!

Pros: We stayed in this house in June and we were so pleased we chose Amanda's house. It's in the perfect spot in the old town of Vejer, I'm not sure you can actually get a better location! And the view across Vejer from the top floor living room and outside terrace is one of the best in the town! Some of the bars and restarants in the area boast about the view but this house has a better view! The house is modern, very clean but still retains the Spanish traditional style. This house is the perfect base to explore vejer and surrounding andalucia area, including only short drive to some perfect beaches!! Vejer suits everyone with its picturesque buildings and streets, history, shopping, culture, always busy restaurants and lively Spanish bars on the weekend. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and would stay again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Pros: This small, three-level house in the middle of Vejer was all we hoped it would be: clean, comfortable beds, good showers and within easy walking distance of everything. The agent who met us was extremely helpful and gave us accurate information. We tried all the tapas bars she recommended and not once were we disappointed, especially the bar five metres from the front door (and no, there was no problem noise, although we were in Vejer during Late April). Beautiful village, very friendly people and the house was a bargain.

Boligen var central, velbeliggende med en dejlig tagterasse . Men boligen var mindre ,end vi havde forestillet os :3 etager Det ene soveværelse med tilhørende bad lå i en mørk og lavloftet kælderetage . Døren til badeværelset kunne ikke lukkes og der var ingen dør , der adskilte dette badeværelse og soveværelse fra det øvrige hus . Stueetage med køkken , der var ok , men med kaffemaskine ,der brugte 25 minutter om at brygge en kande kaffe .brødrister ,der var defekt Det 3. Soveværelse var en stue med 2 sofaer foran tagterassen ,stuen var lys og rar . Terrassen dejlig , men grillen så rusten og slidt, at vi ikke brugte den . Terrassemøblerne var smukke , men rustne jernstole , der plettede de hvide shorts fælt bagpå ,bordkanten samme foran på tøjet .tv kunne kun tage tv mekka , der var VM i fodbold .

Pros: I had a fabulous short break in this authentic, small townhouse. With thick walls and shutters downstairs to keep one cool in the kitchen and a bright upstairs sitting area with cute terrace and views over the charming town - it was everything I needed. The spiral staircases mean I definitely won't be taking my ancient mother there - sadly! I was bowled over by the location, high on a hill, all the houses are painted white, with narrow winding (clean!) streets and seemingly a natty small boutique/gift shop on every corner. Not to mention all the great restaurants, bars and cafes - the food was delicious, everywhere I went. My particular favorite was a small indoor market, close to the house, which opened at 8pm. The various stalls offered platters of cured meat, stone baked pizzas or sushi - with drinks available too. A very happy communal table with friends, featured all the cuisines and wine by the glass - a great way to keep everyone happy. And the place filled up with locals later for a terrific atmosphere. Throughout the town, there were planted courtyards on view, in the centre of the old town (where the house is) a sweet square to sit in the shade of the palms and everywhere plenty of locals living their lives amongst the (few, I went in April) tourists. Everyone was very friendly and helpful - speaking english or spanish to me, regardless of any understanding. There were beautiful beaches close by and acres of wild flowers both there and all over the countryside, with very accessible roman remains on view - even from your restaurant chair. I imagine this all dries out in summer - but for nature lovers, April is a great time to go. The beach/culture lovers will have a great time whenever. It was a great base for exploring not just the town - which is heaven - but also this beautiful area. I loved returning home after a day out walking, or on the beach (I even swan in the sea ... in April!) and taking a glass of chilled wine - Ella on the sound deck - to sit on the sunny terrace to enjoy the stunning town views and watch the sun go down. I will definitely be returning.

Pros: I cant recommend this place highly enough. We now go every year after being charmed not only by the house but Vejer itself. The house is great , relaxed and right in the middle of town . Vejer itself is a wonderful town with great restaurants, cafes and bars. We find a new one each time we go. Its only 10 mins drive to one of the most beautiful beaches called El Palmer. There is something for the whole family in this area.

Pros: The property was in a lovely location but is in need of a bit of refurbishment, it looks a bit tired. It would be great in the summer but for a winter rental was damp and cool. Although there were heaters, the electricity tripped all of the time if they were on with lights etc.

Pros: Lovely town-house in a great location in the old town - near to all the action but still quiet. Me and my partner had a fantastic week here exploring what the area has to offer - from the mouth-watering dishes of the “Abaceria La Oficina” restaurant at the end of the street to a few km’s drive to breath-taking white beaches of El Palmar (more good restaurants) and Valdevaqueros. Watching the acrobatics of dozens of kite-surfers was a truely memorable experience!

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful town full of historic treasures and bright impressions. The night view of Vejer from the terrace was fantastic. The house is situated so as to place you in the very middle of Vejer between new and old part. So at one hand you are enjoying full impression of living in an ancient authentic south Spanish place and at the other you are really close to the shops, parking area, bus stop, tourist information office etc. You can easily reach beautiful beaches of Coníl and Palmar either by car or bus every time admiring your come back to the place much more spectacular and interesting to reside than a simple sea side tourist spot.

The house was well equipped and tastefully furnished. Parking was easy and a short walk to the house. The folder available was really useful, lots of information on the locality and things to do eg El Palmer beach. Highly recommend this property.

Pros: La casa di Amanda è veramente carina, spaziosa, ben attrezzata c'è veramente tutto quanto può servire. Comoda anche se divisa su 3 livelli. Manca solo uno specchio a figura intera. Terrazzino molto apprezzato per un aperitivo al rientro dalla spiaggia in attesa di uscire per la cena. Posizione centrale.
