3. A Guest occupant may be cited and fined for creating a disturbance or for violating Sec. 917-Short Term Rental of the Peachtree City Zoning Ordinance or any other sections of the Peachtree City Code of Ordinances.

4. A short term rental location cannot be utilized for special events, parties, or private functions as defined in Sec. 917-Short Term Rental of the Peachtree City Zoning Ordinance.
