The house features two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub, offering a soothing space to refresh after a day of exploring or boating. Moving to the kitchen you will enjoy a fully furnished kitchen with an island to seat the whole family. The Living room contains a huge comfy sectional that anyone would love to sleep, sit, or nap on. Stay comfortable year-round with heating and AC throughout the home. Outside you will enjoy a huge screened it porch with 2 large TV's to enjoy while also, looking out over the lake. There is an outdoor seating area, high top table, fridge, and a swing to enjoy looking out at the water. The screened in porch can be enjoyed at any time of the year with ceiling fans, wall fans, and heating options. On the dock there are cleats to tie up a boat, a floating jet ski pad, or you can go fishing to catch some catfish or bass. There are bikes and paddleboards for everyone staying to enjoy. When you aren't boating enjoy time on the back deck, golfing at the Veterans Memorial Golf Course, grilling over the firepit, or paddling in the cove.
