The exterior of this home is truly exceptional. Step out onto the expansive, secluded rear patio to find a gorgeous outdoor stone fireplace surrounded by comfortable seating. As evening falls, sink into the new private hot tub under a canopy of stars and watch the local wildlife pass through the surrounding Aspen groves. Bedrooms & Family Comforts

Spanning two thoughtfully designed levels, the lodge comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests.



• Upper Level: Features two luxurious King bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and the main living areas.



• Lower Level: Designed for fun and relaxation, featuring a media/recreation room, a serene Queen bedroom, and an incredible custom-designed bunk room with four beds that kids and teens will love. A full laundry room and additional bathroom complete this level.

Every bed is outfitted with a premium memory foam mattress to ensure the utmost comfort after a long day of adventure. With TVs in both the upper and lower living areas, your group has plenty of space to spread out and relax.



Guest Access:

Guests have full, exclusive use of the entire home, the secluded outdoor spaces, and the large, heated two-car garage. Seamless self check-in via our secure keypad allows your group to arrive on your own schedule.



Location & Community Amenities



Resort Amenities

Access to Summit Sky Ranch resort amenities, including the private trail network, clubhouses, private lake, pools, hot tubs, and fitness center, is available but not included in the base rental rate. Guests wishing to use these amenities can add them on through the guest app prior to arrival. Fees apply and must be confirmed and paid in advance.

Winter visitors are spoiled for choice. You are perfectly positioned within 20 miles of Colorado's premier ski resorts, including Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and Loveland. Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and endless alpine adventures begin right outside your door.

• Age Requirement: Due to local laws and HOA requirements, the primary booking guest must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.



• Pets: To maintain the pristine condition of the home, we do not allow pets at this time.



• Parking: Ample parking is available for 3-4 vehicles using the heated garage and private driveway.
