Hi, I’m Roland, a Central Florida-based educator, coach, and entrepreneur. I enjoy creating positive experiences for people—whether it’s through coaching kids in sports or hosting guests from around the world.

Hosting gives me the opportunity to provide a clean, comfortable, and welcoming space where people can relax and enjoy their time away. I take pride in the details and in making sure guests feel at home. It’s been a great experience meeting amazing people and helping them enjoy everything Sarasota has to offer.

This neighborhood is one of the best parts of Sarasota. It offers the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation. You’re just minutes from downtown Sarasota, St. Armands Circle, and the beautiful beaches of Lido Key, while still being in a quiet, peaceful area to unwind.

I love how accessible everything is—great restaurants, shopping, and the beach are all close by. At the same time, the neighborhood has a calm, laid-back feel that makes it easy to relax after a day out exploring.

What makes this property special is the combination of comfort, location, and history. The cottage sits on family-owned land that has been part of our story since 1969, which adds a unique sense of character and care you won’t find just anywhere.

The space itself is designed to feel like your own private retreat, with a cozy layout, super comfortable beds, and everything you need for a relaxing stay. Guests also enjoy the fully fenced-in outdoor area—perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach or exploring Sarasota.

You’ll also have access to convenient amenities like a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and boat parking, which is a big plus in this area.
