Incredible Oceanside Balcony

Check in was great. I actually like having personal service and a real key rather than just a code. Condo was spacious 2 bedroom with 2 full baths. Plenty of room to spread out. Huge balcony with perfect view of the ocean! Pool was great as well. Would stay again for sure.

Great location right on the beach. Private parking is great. They do have elevator issues from time to time, and the mattresses are needing to be updated. Otherwise, no complaints.

Weekend stay

Not impressed at all, condo too old, living room furniture too old. Everything too old and outdated. Swimming pool was out of order the entire stay, very very disappointed. I would definitely not go back nor would i recommend this property

The place has been updated with new appliances from the pictures so that was nice surprise couches also didn't find the second bathroom till the second day it's behind the bedroom door Great location easy access to Beach I would definitely go back Bedroom bedroom

Great family get away

This was a great family get away. We have an infant and a 4 year old and we loved being on the third floor. It had a beautiful beach view that my sons loved but was also SO easy to go down the stairs to go to the beach. Perfect floor for kids!

Great Location

Our first visit and stay on South Padre. Wonderful experience. The view from the balcony is amazing and got some wonderful pictures. We will be back.

Extremely tall beds

The staff was super nice. The lication was good. Yet, the 36" height of the beds were not listed on the description. We had two family members with mobility issues. The owner brought a different mattress but it was they same height. They provided stools yet this is ridiculous to expect elderly and handicap people to use stools.

Great location; needs a refresh

This is the second time that we have stayed at the Inverness property, due to its location right on the beach, in the ideal stretch of beachfront paradise. The place is functional, but was a bit grottier than the last time we were there (2022). The couch was _absolutely filthy_; we did not use it or sit on it at all. One of the sliding doors to the perfect seaside balcony was off the tracks. The location is EVERYTHING here. Everything.

Off season pleasure

The property is run down. It is definitely showing it’s age. The location on the beach is wonderful. There is a FREE shuttle bus that goes up and down the island. You just wave it down anywhere and it’ll stop and pick you up. Anytime you want off just pull cord. The appliances need replacing. Our stove only had 2 out of 4 burners working. The bottom drawer fell off when we tried to open it. The bathrooms really need updating and cleaning up. We had to change units after a few days as the seal around the toilet started leaking into kitchen. Location and view is wonderful. We saw some amazing sunsets from front corridor. Beautiful sunrises from deck. Staff was very accommodating and friendly.

Disappointing to say the least

The unit was not the same as we booked, turns out there are a pool of condo's and you get what you get. Hair all over bathroom floor, broken TV, shower door does not close, POOL and hottub closed and not posted anywhere on the listings. Lucky it was right on the beach as that is all this place has going for it. Facilities are old 1 of 2 elevators broken with no signs until I asked for signs to be put up on all floors.

family vacation

You really can't beat this location for beach access and view; great patio! The overall complex is quite rundown and uncared for. We had issues checking in... not sure if the owner was renting this to us privately or through the complex management, but check in was far from smooth. There are better maintained complexes in this price range and beach location.

Great location, clean, and fairly priced. Beautiful views and very nice condo. My family enjoyed our time there. Patio was spacious perfect for Morning coffee and sunrise views. Can’t wait to go back.

Good location

This condo was ok. It had a amazing view of the gulf! We had our 2 pets with us we where happy to find a place that accepts pets. This condo is on the fifth floor so it was a bit of a inconvenience to take dog out to potty. The kitchen is not stocked with any spices or even salt and pepper. The couch is in need of a steam clean we had to throw a sheet on it before we felt comfortable sitting on it. The 2nd bedroom twin beds are extremely uncomfortable for adults to sleep in.

I would recommend a TV in the spare bedroom, I would recommend updating the appliances updating the

Up to date furniture and it needs a definitely a TV in the spare bedroom. It could use deep cleaning and new patio doors. I don't think we will stay there again that particular condo.

Love to fish and there is no better place than South Padre Island. It is right on the beach and you can rent beach chairs with umbrellas in front of the property for a hassle free trip.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Two hot tubs and a pool with an ocean view. Staff on site to help with any of your needs. Being able to walk out onto the beach from your condo and walk back in after a rinse in the outside shower. Sitting on your balcony in the morning watching the sunrise or enjoying the view from your living room.
