-You must be 25 years old to rent the property. No college spring breakers permitted. Reservations made under false pretenses are subject to cancellation without refund.

-Guests will need to check in at the front desk onsite to obtain their door code.

*PLEASE NOTE: SunDestin Beach Resort is undergoing a property modernization project. Construction may occur daily between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., including weekends if needed, and guests may experience construction noise and minor inconveniences from exterior work. There is no construction currently happening in Unit 209 and the balcony is fully open. Resort amenities such as the pool, restaurant, and beach access are all open and available to guests.
