This spacious, family-friendly and pet friendly home is designed for relaxation and fun, featuring deeded beach access just moments away, making it easy to enjoy long days in the sun and sand.

The home includes bikes for exploring the island, an outdoor shower for easy clean-up after the beach, and an elevator to the main floor for added comfort and accessibility. Guests will love the ample parking, making it easy for multiple families or groups to gather.

This perfectly located home, built in 2020 on a family friendly street in Surf City, is just steps to a private beach access, with balconys from every floor, LVP flooring throughout (NO CARPET!), and an outdoor shower.
