The Space:

The Sea Watch in Ocean City, offers everything a vacationer could want. Enjoy the beach or the building's many amenities which include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, complimentary movie theater, fitness facility, saunas, huge game room, snack and soda shop, playground, basketball court, tennis courts, volleyball court, and a beautiful interior courtyard. There are six elevators and a guarded parking garage for your convenience. THINGS TO KNOW The indoor pool is not guaranteed in the off-season. Please contact us for off-season availability. Owner provides wireless high-speed internet (guest provides own computer).42' flat screen TV in livingroom and flat screen TV's in all 3 bedrooms. Smoking is not permitted. DEN IS ENCLOSED AREA WITH CONSTRUCTED WALL WITH POCKET DOORS FOR PRIVACY. Sea Watch charges $75 cash or credit card for one parking space from May 1 through October 31st. The fee only applies if you are bringing a vehicle. Additional spots may be available on a first-come-first-served basis for the same cost. Parking is limited to cars, pickups, and vans no more than seven feet high. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Great views, nice accommodations with amenities, walking distance to grocery store and restaurants. Was everything we had hoped for and more. Will definitely consider a return visit.

Everything was excellent: view, pools, beds, cookware, parking. I have already booked another vacation thru Vacasa in my favorite vacation destination, Myrtle Beach.

Great amenities for a family: indoor and outdoor pools, splash pad, playground, pickle ball courts, movies. Great location to the beach. Great view from the balcony.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in Sea Watch 1212. Great location, mostly clean, except for the oven which was very dirty, comfortable furniture and beds. View from balcony was great. The property has so much for children to do; indoor and outdoor pool, splash pad and playground. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location & view

We enjoyed our stay at 1212 Sea Watch. The location is great, beautiful views from the balcony, and quiet. We enjoyed the pool and beach plus closeness of the mall and plenty of food options to walk to. The furniture and bathrooms could use an update. The linens and towels were convenient and helpful. Only suggestion I'd give regarding the towels is to wash them before using. They were super thin and not absorbent, very low quality. Towel lint stayed on my skin after showering. The beds were comfortable and good variety for the family. The parking garage was not convenient having to take the elevator down to go back up another elevator was not ideal. Needs to be a way to get from hotel to garage easier. We really liked the shop on site- The Place, good prices and food options- very convenient. The stove top needs to be fixed- 2 burners were broken and not working. The gym also needs to be updated- no free weights or benches. Overall we had a great time with family just a few things would have made it even better.
