Direct Oceanfront Penthouse with Great Amenities

The Space:

Unique oceanfront penthouse in the popular Sea Watch building that offers the best amenity package in Ocean City, Maryland. This condo’s unique layout affords the entire living area and every bedroom in the condo direct ocean views. It offers three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and plenty of interior and exterior living space. The living area features a comfortably furnished living room, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen with a convenient breakfast-counter and a half-bathroom. One of the many highlights of the condo is the huge wraparound balcony that runs the full-width of the condo. This is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day on the beach and enjoy the absolutely amazing views. The master bedroom features direct ocean views, a king-sized bed, television, ensuite full-bathroom and balcony access. The second and third bedrooms both feature direct ocean views, a double bed, twin bunk-beds and balcony access. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. There is also an extended living area with a sleep-sofa that can be used as an office, additional living space or another sleeping area depending on your needs. Building amenities include direct beach access, indoor, outdoor and kid’s pools, outdoor showers, beach bathrooms, exercise room, saunas, arcade, billiards room, seasonal deli, cinema, tennis and basketball courts, courtyard, playground, parking garage, security and more. Restaurants, shopping, amusements and more are all within walking distance. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. Guests are required to pay a $65 vehicle registration fee per vehicle to the Sea Watch building upon arrival.



Cancellation Policy

All cancellations shall be in writing. Management fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to additional management fees. The Reservation will be in effect upon

receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.



General Policies

Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.



The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.



Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.



Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.



Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.



No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.



Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.



Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.

Property is equipped with an electronic lock. Guests will be provided their access code 10 days prior to their arrival (immediately if booking inside of 10 days). Guests can go directly to the property to check-in at their convenience anytime after 3:00pm on their arrival date.
