Whether you're building sandcastles, sunbathing, or hanging out around the shared pool - fun in the sun is inevitable! Also nearby, explore Gordons Pond State Park, Cape Henlopen Park, and Clear Space Theater. Inside, stretch out and relax amongst the comfortable furnishings and large TV in the living room. When you aren't hanging out here, the home's deck provides a pleasant space to sit and sightsee, all while being illuminated by the warm glow of the twinkle lights. The condo's well-equipped kitchen is a lovely space to play chef when you aren't eating out, and dining will come naturally at the wooden dining table, at the breakfast bar, or alfresco on the furnished balcony. Impressive bedrooms and bathrooms ensure everyone's comfort, and central air-conditioning, and a private washer/dryer round out the stellar interior perks. Property was located 2 blocks from both boardwalk and main avenue beautifully decorated and very spacious. Ideal for Rehoboth. Only wish weather was better , but we got to enjoy the condo.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! It was within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the beach, funland and so much more! Everything was very convenient and we felt like we were at home away from home.

The condo was very nice,big,airy and comfortable. Kitchen was nice, but there was only one tea towel in the kitchen and no oven mittens we could find. Balconies are very nice. But due to the weather we were not able to use them, but still if the weather had been better what a great spot to relax and visit. Check in was a bit of a nightmare. First the # was very very long. Most places have a 4 digit number. And when we did get in we could not find the elevator key. It was not in the spot in the book, we finally found a note on a coffee filter telling us where to find it. After a long trip I was not ready for a scavenger hunt. Other VRBOs I have stayed in carried everything you need, like shampoo, lotions, bodywash, laundry detergent and so on. So I was surprised when we had to make a trip out to pick up these items. I could have brought my own if I would have known.

Plenty of space. The beds were comfortable. A great deck off the living area. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Great location and all the amenities you would need for a trip to the beach. Only complaint is the garbage trucks emptying the dumpsters each morning between 5 and 6 am. Woke the kids each time

Very comfy and bright. The private rooftop deck makes the unit unique in the building. And our grandkids enjoyed the pool.

Staying at the Wilmington

We enjoy the easy access to restaurants and to the boardwalk. Easy to relax in the condo and like not having to worry about parking. The pool is refreshing, as is the deck. Furnishings and layout are both very nice. Staying here is a great way to experience Rehoboth!

Annual family trip

My family take a yearly trip to Rehoboth every summer. We have tried multiple different places each year, and this one was on the very top of our list. We loved walking to the boardwalk everyday. We also loved the outdoor patio space every night after the kids went to bed. We hope to return to the same unit in the future.

Gorgeous condo, beautifully decorated with large outdoor deck, fabulous location

We loved our Thanksgiving stay at this beautiful property in Rehoboth Beach. The condo is beautifully decorated, well-maintained, and has a large outdoor deck filled with lovely potted blooms. It is in a wonderful location -- easy walk to many fantastic restaurants and to the boardwalk and beach areas. Five stars!!

Great location and beautiful deck

Great condo with wonderful outdoor deck space (no ocean view from the deck but still a wonderful space). Location is amazing, we parked the cars in the reserved spots and could walk everywhere. Shared outdoor stairs in the condo building were in need of repair but that is the only criticism, the actual condo itself was gorgeous.

Nice Condo and great location

Overall very happy with this property. Kitchen well stocked; well maintained condo. Close to beach/boardwalk, shopping and restaurants.Parking is tight; not great for an SUV. Had to contact customer service since unlocking/locking the unit was a multi step process. Wish that were included with the passcode. I would stay at this property again.

Nice property, great location

Property did not have working refrigerator, dishwasher or washing machine. The day after checkin it was apparent refrigerator not working. Maintenance man did bring a small dorm style refrigerator but we lost $$ of food. I have asked for reimbursement and have yet to receive a response. Technician not available to repair appliances during our stay. Other than master, beds were very hard and uncomfortable.
