At this East of the Sun condo, there's fun for the whole family close to home. Take a leisurely stroll to experience water park fun, play a game of mini golf, or take turns riding slides at the nearby playground. An on-site outdoor pool offers a refreshing place to take a dip while on-site tennis courts provide a space to practice your back swing. More outdoor fun and relaxation await at the beach that is accessible by foot or a short drive. In the evenings, walk to one of several neighborhood restaurants for a dinner out. Brew a cup of morning coffee in the first-floor condo's kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances. Perch at the four-person kitchen bar while you make plans for the day. An adjacent dining table accommodates six to home-cooked meals. Coastal decor and colors add charm to the living area where ample seating surrounds a TV with a DVD player. Find more space to unwind with your group on the screened patio that boasts a four-person table where you can sip afternoon or post-dinner cocktails. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.     This well appointed condo was very comfortable for our family of 4. The pool and tennis were lovely. This was close to Fenwick and Ocean City activities and restaurants.

    Very clean with ample amenities

    This condo was very clean and had all the necessities. The master bedroom needs a new mattress and the furniture is not in good shape.

    Beautiful Home

    Very quite , great location updated home and great amenities. Just wasn’t as clean as expected floors, hair in shower, floors and furniture. Besides that I would stay at this location again.

    Sufficient for a last minute vacation

    Overall our experience was positive, however the LVP floors needed to be mopped. The furniture in the bedrooms is very outdated. It was a great location with being able to walk to the beach.
