A convenient shuttle makes it easy to access all Sea Colony amenities and it’s a short walk to the center of Bethany Beach with numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Spend endless hours in your furnished and screened sunroom or soaking up the sunshine on your balcony. Create all your favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen and then dine together at the kitchen table, the dining table, or outside on the front porch. After meals, kick back on the large sectional and watch your favorite shows in the living area. Central air-conditioning, high-speed internet access, and a private washer/dryer add a layer of comfort during your stay. SEA COLONY AMENITIES - Half-mile of private beach - 12 pools (two indoor) - World-class tennis courts - Large fitness center, dry sauna, and basketball court - Playground - Activities for all ages - In-season community shuttle THINGS TO KNOW The garage is not accessible. The fireplace is not available for guests. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.
