Aruba Beach Getaway II es uno de los dos lados en un dúplex independiente en la nueva subdivisión de Leeward Bay. En sí, Aruba Beach Getaway II es una de las mejores propiedades de cinco dormitorios en North Padre Island, es el más cercano de cinco dormitorios a la playa y ofrece una privacidad inigualable.
Esta propiedad es parte de la subdivisión de Leeward Bay, pero se encuentra completamente lejos del resto de las unidades de la casa. Una nueva adición reciente a la planta baja ofrece dos dormitorios adicionales y otro baño completo. Una habitación cuenta con una cama queen size y la otra habitación es ideal para los niños con una cama litera doble sobre una litera completa y una cama plegable de tamaño doble también. Dos dormitorios más con camas king están arriba junto con un loft que tiene un futón de tamaño completo para dormir 2 huéspedes adicionales. Hay un baño completo en la planta superior también. Hay un sofá cama tamaño queen en la sala de estar y un futón de tamaño completo en el desván para dormir un total de 16 personas en este lado del dúplex. Otras características incluidas son una cocina totalmente equipada, TV en cada habitación, así como la sala de estar y el desván, 2 reproductores de DVD y su propia red WiFi privada.

A Lovely Experience

Reviewer Comments: We arrived to a cool, spotless, welcoming home with ample parking space and basically our own personal pool as homes that share it were unoccupied. The floors were perfect for a crawling baby and the bedrooms and bathrooms were sufficient for our party. It’s located by the channel so we were surprised to see lots of fish jumping and volunteer sunflowers growing. The only glitches we had were the uneven floor in the hallway by the front downstairs front bedroom and the trundle bed. I feel the trundle is basically unusable because the room is small and anyone on the bunkbeds would have to step on the trundle to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night. Overall, a wonderful experience.

Reviewer Comments: I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the condo, as well as the location. The kitchen was stocked alright, and the backyard and pool area were clean. The pool was a decent size - nothing fancy, but clean. What would keep me from returning there is the lack of linens provided and the rickety appliances. Seriously?! ONE towel per guest?! The females used tshirts to dry their hair. That’s ridiculous. Thin little blankets... and not enough extra in the house to cover the unfortunate guests who had to sleep on the rickety pull out couch. Not enough pillows. Not to mention the dishwasher that is falling out, and the very old dryer that takes 3 cycles to dry towels, which is especially annoying since, again, there was one towel and one wash cloth provided per guest so towel washing was a must. This condo leaves a lot to be desired, especially with the competition around it.

Lots of beds!

Clean and simple space. Everything is as described, plenty of room for our group of 11, we could not hear the neighbors. Pool is heated and kids swam for hours even tho it was chilly/windy.

The pool area was very nice as well. The pool was clean are there was plenty of space for our whole family to sit by the pool and enjoy the evening. The location was perfect. The beach and fishing areas were literally down the road. On a side note, the customer service we received was exceptional!

Family vacation

The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed having the pool right outside our back door. With our stay moving into the off season, we had it mostly to ourselves. We loved the short walk to and from the beach. There were a couple of minor issues, though: not having a supply of trash can liners available and having to purchase some was inconvenient; the pans had some burned-on particles and needed to be scrubbed before we could use them; and the worst part was the ants. There were ants on the front porch that got into our beach toys and they had to be shaken out each time. There were also ants in the rocks around the pool, especially near the barbecue grill. I was grilling on our last night and i was stung several times on my feet before I realized it was the ants. The morning we checked-out, I also noticed an infestation of ants in the upstairs bathroom near the shower.

Lots of space for large family group. Loved the extra large dinning table with plenty of space for 7 kids playing games during our rainy stay. Pool just out the back door was great.
