The apartment features a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area with seating for up to eight guests, making it perfect for relaxing or sharing meals together. There are two modern bathrooms, each with a shower, as well as a separate toilet. The sleeping arrangements include three bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, while the living room can also be converted into an additional sleeping space with a sofa bed for one person. The apartment is ideal for six guests and can accommodate up to seven people.

For added comfort, the apartment comes fully equipped with bed and bath linens, premium bedding, toiletries, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a TV. Located on the ground floor within the building’s courtyard, the apartment offers a quiet and private environment away from the street. Before arrival, guests will receive detailed instructions and a video guide explaining how to access the property. Keys can be collected from a secure lockbox located inside the building, and the access code will be shared prior to check-in.
