Walk to Fort Myers Beach and skip the parking hassle. We provide all the beach gear (including a wagon) for easy days in the sun. Cool off back home in the pool or unwind in the hot tub. In the evening, stroll or hop on our electric scooters to nearby dining and ice cream spots. Plenty within walking distance! Ask about using our golf cart for extra fun and convenience. For groups over 6, a pull-out sofa is available, best suited for children under 10.

Guests have access to the entire property!

We provide guests with an access code 24 hours before check-in. We are happy to answer any questions guests might have during their stay! Our local team is available to address concerns/issues.

Early check-in fee: $25/hr (subject to availability)
Late check-out fee: $25/hr (subject to availability)

A hold in the amount of $500 will be placed on your credit card prior to check-in to cover any potential damages or incidental charges. This is not a charge but an authorization. The hold will be automatically released within 5 days of the checkout date, provided no damages or additional charges are assessed.
Please reach out for approval if you have more than 2 pets. Please keep pets out of the pool.
