This 4-bedroom, 2-bath Tampa home is designed for easy, comfortable Florida living. The layout gives your group plenty of room to relax indoors, enjoy time by the pool, and settle in after a day exploring the city.
The main living area is open and inviting, with comfortable seating, a large Smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and central A/C to keep the home cool and comfortable. Whether you`re watching a movie, catching up on work, or spending a quiet night in, the space is set up to feel relaxed and practical.
The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday cooking, quick breakfasts, and group meals. Guests will have access to cookware, dishes, utensils, a Keurig, spices, blender, and the essentials needed to prepare meals during their stay.
One of the home’s best features is the sunroom-style indoor patio. This bright bonus space connects the inside of the home directly to the pool area, making it a great spot to lounge, sip coffee, keep an eye on the backyard, or transition easily between indoor comfort and outdoor relaxation.
Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 includes a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and walkout access to the sunroom. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and Smart TV. Bedroom 3 includes two full beds, Bedroom 4 includes one full bed. An optional air mattress is available upon request.
Bathrooms: The primary en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower and dual vanity.
The hall bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and dual vanity.
Outdoor space: The backyard is fully fenced and gives guests a private place to relax, swim, and enjoy the Florida weather. The private pool is the main highlight, with outdoor dining and seating available for laid-back afternoons or casual meals outside.

Guests will have access to the entire home, private pool, fully fenced backyard, outdoor dining area, in-unit washer and dryer, 2-car garage, and driveway parking.

Garage Notice The garage is currently used for some owner storage and can fit 1 vehicle at this time. The driveway can fit up to 4 vehicles. If you have any questions about parking or garage access, please message us before arrival.
Check-In / Check-Out Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available if requested in advance and approved. Additional fees may apply. Unauthorized late check-out may result in added charges, including cleaner rescheduling fees.
Smoking & Vaping This is a non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the home or garage. Outdoor smoking is only permitted away from open doors and windows.
Any evidence of indoor smoking or vaping, including odor, may result in a minimum $1,000 remediation fee, plus any additional deep cleaning, odor treatment, or linen replacement costs.
Guest Count & Visitors Maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property unless approved in writing. Additional guests may be approved in advance for a fee.
Unauthorized guests are subject to a $100 per person, per night fee.
Day visitors must be approved in writing ahead of time. Approved visitors are limited to a maximum of 2 and are only allowed between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
Parties, Events & Noise Parties, events, DJs, and large gatherings are not allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Noise, party, or event violations may result in a $1,000 fee and possible removal from the property without refund.
Pets Pets must be disclosed and approved before booking. A maximum of 5 pets may be approved.
Pet fees are charged per pet, per 30-day period:
1–6 nights: $50 7–25 nights: $100 26–30 nights: $250 Fees reset on day 31.
Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee per pet, plus any additional cleaning or damage charges.
Pet rules: Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture. No pee pads inside the home. Pets may not be left unattended unless kenneled. Pet waste must be picked up immediately. Excessive pet hair, odor, or mess may result in additional cleaning fees.
Pool Use The pool is available for guest use, but pool heating is not offered. Pool temperature depends entirely on weather and seasonal conditions.
No refunds are provided for cold pool water, weather, storms, or seasonal temperature changes.
Pool rules: No glass within 10 feet of the pool. No diving, running, or horseplay. No pets in the pool. Children must be actively supervised at all times. Toddlers must wear swim diapers. Do not touch, adjust, move, or tamper with pool equipment, including the pump, valves, timers, breakers, vacuum, or related equipment.
Weekly pool service may access the backyard as part of normal maintenance.
A/C Use Florida weather can be hard on A/C systems, especially if doors or windows are left open.
Please keep the thermostat between 72–78°F. Do not set the A/C below 70°F. Do not run the A/C while doors or windows are open.
Any A/C freezing or damage caused by misuse is the guest’s responsibility, including emergency service or repair costs.
If the A/C appears to be icing over, turn the system off, set the fan to ON, and message us right away.
Parking Maximum of 4 vehicles in the driveway. Garage parking is limited to 1 vehicle due to storage. Do not block neighbors, mailboxes, sidewalks, or driveways. Street parking must follow local rules and regulations.
Exterior Cameras A Ring camera monitors exterior entry areas only. There are no indoor cameras.
Do not cover, unplug, move, disable, or tamper with cameras or smart devices. Camera tampering may result in a $1,000 fee, possible cancellation without refund, and repair or replacement charges.
Damages & Reporting Please treat the home with care. Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be billed to the guest.
Cleaning issues must be reported within 12 hours of arrival. Damage or maintenance issues noticed at check-in must be reported within 3 hours of arrival.
Issues reported after checkout cannot always be verified. If anything breaks or stops working during your stay, message us immediately so we can address it.
Neighborhood Respect This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of nearby residents.
No loud noise, yelling, or outdoor music during quiet hours. Disturbances may result in removal from the property.
Kitchen Use Guests may use the appliances, cookware, and kitchen items provided. Please clean up after cooking and return items to their original locations.
Furniture & Décor Please do not move or rearrange furniture, beds, or décor. Moving items can cause damage and may result in repair, replacement, or reset fees.
Trash Please place trash in the designated bins only and keep lids closed to prevent wildlife, pests, or wind-related mess.
Security & Access Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the property.
Do not share access codes with anyone not listed on the reservation. Sharing access codes without approval may result in cancellation.
Illegal Drugs Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Evidence of illegal drug use may result in a $1,000 penalty and immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Vendor Access Pool maintenance and landscaping vendors may access the yard during scheduled weekly service. This is required for proper property upkeep.
Weather, Utilities & Amenity Limitations Refunds are not provided for weather conditions, pool temperature, outdoor insects, utility outages beyond our control, issues not reported during the stay, or issues caused by guest misuse.
We respond promptly when notified, subject to vendor availability.
